About this apartment rental
Living room with leather couch and 2 armchairs, 55" LCD TV, wood-burning stove, balcony facing west/nature reserve. Open kitchen area with 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, adjoining dining area with modern corner bench, a second LCD TV, chairs, and a counter with bar stools. North/east-facing balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea. Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a wardrobe. Two bathrooms with showers, one of which has direct access to the sauna. Coin-operated washer and dryer in the basement. Garage. No smoking; pets allowed upon request.

Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know your needs in this regard after completing your booking so that we can bill you accordingly and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

The Seepark consists of two distinct buildings, both beautifully situated in a unique natural setting between Steinwarder and the vacation park:
The white “Strandhaus” and the red-brick townhouses.
From all apartments, you can enjoy views of the Baltic Sea and the nature reserve with its small inland lake, which begins right behind the property.
Our guests are impressed not only by the exceptionally quiet yet central location (in the immediate vicinity of the beach and the vacation park) but also by amenities such as a private sauna and fireplace.
The vacation apartments, each with different amenities, can accommodate up to 4 people: The townhouses offer 80 square meters of living space, and the penthouse offers 116 square meters.
Free parking spaces/garages, as well as bike racks and trash cans, are located right on the property.
To get to the bakery, restaurant, and nearest café, simply cross the “Elephant Bridge,” and after 150 meters, you’ll find everything you need.
P.S.: You can get delicious ice cream right next door at Dünengolf.
