About this apartment rental
A lovingly furnished 3-room duplex apartment with 2 sunny south-facing balconies; the beach, downtown, and all shopping options are nearby. The entrance is accessible via 13 steps.
On the lower level is the living/dining area with a flat-screen TV, the modern built-in kitchen with an oven (child safety lock located on the right under the glass-ceramic cooktop), glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, small freezer, the bedroom with a double bed, and the spacious shower room with a washing machine and heated floors.
In the duplex area, accessible via a spiral staircase, you’ll find another sleeping/living area with two beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, the second bathroom, and, in the front section of the room, two armchairs and a flat-screen TV. Here, your friends or children have their own little kingdom. The house is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. A parking space in the underground duplex garage—a double parking space (duplex, 2 cars stacked on top of each other up to 1.50 m in height; large vehicles such as SUVs or vans will not fit in the garage)—is reserved for you. This is a non-smoking apartment! Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi is included.
From August 4 through approximately October 1, 2026, the underground parking space will not be available.
The Seerose I and II buildings are just a few minutes’ walk from the spa center and the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The 2- and 3-room apartments are all very modern, high-quality, and comfortably furnished. Guests have access to underground parking spaces, as well as a washer and dryer.
The beautiful new spa promenade, with its charming shops, cozy restaurants, and cafes, as well as the beach, are all located in the immediate vicinity.
We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing beach walks or bike rides.
