Vacation Apartment 10-4 in the Papillon vacation complex is a two-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.
You can access this wheelchair-accessible apartment through the patio door on the south side of the building, directly from the parking lot. The apartment is accessible to wheelchair users. The distance from Papillon to the beach is approximately 250 m.
The 55 m² space includes a living/dining area with an adjoining furnished southwest-facing terrace, a kitchenette, a bedroom, and an accessible shower room. The living room features a pull-out sofa bed (130 x 195 cm) and a dining area. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a selection of books and games for all ages.
The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, a 4-burner stovetop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. A kettle, coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer, and plenty of dishes are also available for your use.
The bedroom features a height-adjustable double bed at a comfortable height (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and an additional height-adjustable nursing bed. There are also two wardrobes and a built-in TV. The windows can be darkened with curtains. The flooring in the living and sleeping areas is laminate.
The tiled shower room with a window features a walk-in, wheelchair-accessible shower. Grab bars and other assistive devices for wheelchair users are, of course, provided. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the house. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.
Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in Building 10. Coin-operated washers and dryers can be used in the building’s basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The complex includes a small playground.
Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up). One parking space is available for this vacation rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid parking lots in town.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandbox, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.
Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bicycle parking space or a bicycle storage room.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Boltenhagen. Das Feriendorf ist ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Das Rezeptionspersonal war freundlich und angesprochene Mängel wurden umgehend beseitigt. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und wir (ein Kind, zwei Erwachsene (davon ein Rollstuhlfahrer) kamen gut zurecht. Wir freuen uns über eine behindertenfreundliche Ferienalternative an der Ostsee. Mit der neuen wunderschönen Promenade ist Boltenhagen eine Reise wert und auch mit dem Rollstuhl kann man viel sehen und sich am Wasser entlang gut erholen.

Aber auch so ist die Wohnung angenehm geräumig.
