In L'Isle-sur-la Sorgue, 5 minutes from the historic center and its antique dealers, this charming property renovated with quality materials, combines serenity, space and comfort so that everyone feels good. The villa is in absolute calm and without vis-à-vis, on a large enclosed plot of more than 5000 m2.
Large terrace in front of the house and below the garden: large secure and heated swimming pool from the beginning of May to the end of September, summer kitchen with gas barbecue, garden furniture under a pergola, petanque court, ping-pong table, gym with fitness equipment... You will enjoy the proximity of many renowned sites such as Mont Ventoux, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Vaison-la-Romaine, Avignon, but also the Luberon massif with its hilltop villages, Gordes, the abbey of Sénanque, the ochre quarries of Roussillon, etc.
