The Villa allows you to stay very comfortably for 11 people.
Inside, you will find 5 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms equipped with quality bedding and 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets.

The villa also offers a bright, fully equipped kitchen (TV, refrigerator + refrigerator/freezer, deep fryer, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, canister vacuum cleaner, food processor, broom, etc.) that opens onto the outside. A truly convivial indoor/outdoor living space.
Outside, you will enjoy a fully enclosed 2000m² Mediterranean garden at the foot of the Massif des Maures - 4x8m swimming pool (salt treatment), large deck, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, pizza oven, paella grill, ping-pong table, electronic dartboard, pétanque balls, masks, snorkels, balls, ...
In Bormes-les-Mimosas, at the end of a cul-de-sac, the garden guarantees peace & privacy. The front of the villa offers shaded terraces under the pine trees, while the pool area enjoys maximum sun exposure. Three parking spaces are available on the property, accessible via an electric gate.

Optionally, 4 electric bikes can be rented.

Big family house with good beds, plenty of towels available. The pool and garden providing enough options to relax. The house was recently renovated and got a nice kitchen with plenty pots and pans, glasses etc etc. Outside options to cook like pizzaoven and bbq. In short, nice place to spend time and explore the surrounding and or just sit and relax!We love to come back.
