Holidaymakers will appreciate its direct access to the beach and being able to go swimming only by crossing the street without using the car.
Also admire the sunrise and sunset on the terrace, it enjoys an exceptional panoramic view of the sea on the bay of Menton, the Port and Italy as well as the unmissable beach of Sablette and its Esplanade, its restaurants and all the private beaches in front of the apartment located between the two ports (the Old Port and that of Garavan), along the Quai Bonaparte and the old house. All amenities are less than 100 m from the apartment, Pedestrian street, Local Market, Restaurants.
