This property was exclusively chosen and recently rebuilt for vacationers. It is very close to all the major attractions including Colorado Springs downtown yet our guest can enjoy the nature as well because behind this house is a huge open field. In this 2,700 sq ft ranch style house you can feel really at home. Oversized 2-car garage and spacious driveway for extra cars. Great location at a very friendly neighborhood. There is a state park only about 300 yards and the area has access to Highway I-25. There are numerous attractions to visit nearby. Plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Have a large group of 8 or more people and need more space? We got you covered. 5 bedrooms and with 7 beds and 2 sleepers sofas in addition can accommodate comfortably 12 or even more guests. The entire property is only for the guests without any limitation. We are living almost next door to this property and can assist you 24/7 even personally if needed. But we respect your privacy and will never bother you unless there is an urgent need for that. The neighbourhood is a very nice but conservative one. The people are exceptionally friendly and the properties are very well maintained. This property was chosen for vacation rental to make sure that it is close to all major attractions in Colorado Springs, close to I-25 and yet it has a very unique atmosphere. Right behind the property there is a huge open field for kids to play without any danger of getting bothered by anybody. We respect our neighbors privacy and we don’t want our guests to bother them in any ways that is out of ordinary in a conservative district. Please, make sure that after 9:45PM you keep your voice down if your outside of the house. We do not tolerate any kind of parties or large family events. The maximum number of guests and visitors can never exceed more than 15 adults at the property.
