Location and how well it was taken care of.
The restaurant was all booked up so we had to go somewhere else for dinner upon arrival.

La Turra is a very nice place to stay, with very friendly owners. Located in a small village in the mountains it is very quiet and comfortable. A few good restaurants nearby

Hosts of the hotel are lovely, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was very good and also I really liked our room.
