The localization is less than 1 min to line nr 13, which will take you to the touristic places in Paris. The apartment was clean and the staff was helpful.
It's a 2-star hotel, so I didn't expect much.
It was loud—I had room from the street, and in the morning I was hearing everything.
I didn't like the shower—the floor looks old and broken (wans't) but needs some renovation.

Great residential area with authentic French feel. Good transport links. Nice bistro, pastry, fruit, fish, supermarket and food options nearby. Felt safe for a single traveler. Friendly and helpful staff.
No elevator. My room was found open during the day by cleaner, nothing was taken. Single room was compact. Shower leaked so soaked floor towel each day.

Fantastic location with a very kind reception person. Instructions were clear and the rooms were very clean.

The bed was comfortable.
The bathroom was too small, and the room was too narrow.
