Blue Marlin, this is a stunning and spacious coastal luxury beachfront, just few steps to the sand. You can relax and enjoy panoramic views, sound of the crashing waves of the ocean from the large deck. Cargo Lift, beach equipment, hammocks, swings, and propane grill provided. This spectacular home is unique and spacious. Sleeps 18 in upstairs and Kids room downstairs sleeps up to 12. ** LINENS PROVIDED & BEDS MADE** A perfect place for family together, wedding, church retreat, anniversary, reunion, or birthday party up to 120 guests. WEDDINGS: - Wedding ceremony: very convenient with a few steps by private walk-way to sand beach, beautiful spots with no obstruction for sunset or sunrise wedding ceremony. - Wedding reception: covered concrete floor can hold up to 120 guests. - Parking: free parking lot up to 15 spaces in front and 20+ on the dead-end street. Wedding tables and chairs are available for rentals. FURNITURE RENTAL: Wedding tables and chairs are available for rentals, please contact for availability and pricing. Package #1: Wedding with up to 50 guests. 6 round tables, 50 chairs, 4 rectangular tables for caterers, 4 cocktail tables, 4 big ice coolers, a wedding arch with bases. Package #2: Wedding with up to 100 guests. 12 round tables, 100 chairs, four 6 feet rectangular tables for caterers, 4 cocktail tables, 4 big ice coolers, a wedding arch with bases. Package #3: Wedding with up to 120 guests. 15 round tables, 120 chairs, 4 rectangular tables for caterers, 4 cocktail tables, 4 big ice coolers, a wedding arch with bases. Note: All white furniture and white tablecloths. 60 inches round tables, 6 feet rectangular folding tables, white birch wood wedding arch. A jacuzzi hot tub, big shower, his and her sinks and a walk-in closet. - Blue room: 2 queens with en-suite full bath. - Green room: 2 queens with en-suite full bath. - Red room (small kids with parent room): 1 full, 1 twin and 1 full over full bunk bed with en-suite full bath. - Downstairs Loft: access from parking lot, near staircases. This room is designed for big kids with en-suite full bath and an outdoor shower nearby. 2 full over full bunk beds, 1 twin over twin bunk bed and a sofa bed. TV is just for games connection and a foosball table. - Four folding mattresses. - Living area: 2 large couches can sleep 2-4. - Pack 'N Play: 1. - Golf Cart driving: please use golf cart path nearby (50 yards away). Do not drive over the dunes or private walk-way in front of the house. It's state law.

The house and property are even better than the pictures. Kevin made sure we had everything we could think of and even some things we hadn't thought about it. We were able to have a beautiful wedding and I can't think of a single negative thing to say about the house or property.

Eventhough the weather did not cooperate with wind and rain, the Blue Marlin was a great place to stay. It was well stocked with appliances, ammenitities and such.
We had a few issues with the ac/heater in the loft, a toilet leak and dishwasher backedup, but Kevin was quick to respond and helpful in getting as many things fixed as possible.
The house was located right off the beach front and easy access. The beds were good, sofas was a little older, bathrooms were clean.
We enjoyed our time thouroghly and hopefully can make it back!

We hosted my daughter's wedding with about 60 guests! Everything was perfect. The house is stunning and everything is labeled so even as your trying to get everything ready (which you have everything right there and more so don't pack too much) in a rush you know where everything is at by all the labels! The loft was perfect for a groom's room! All the tables and chairs were great and more than enough! Kevin was readily available at any moment even in the last 6 months for any questions we might have had. He even proactively reached out when he added even more rental options and again to see if we had any questions within a week of our arrival. If you are looking for a wedding venue on the beach, I promise this will fulfill your dreams!

A wonderful beautiful house with everything you need! Our host Kevin was very accommodating! The kitchen was stocked & bathrooms! Plus all beach accessories were provided! I will definitely stay in this house again! Thank you Kevin our family reunion was memorable!

We had a great time with our family to celebrate my daughter turning 15. The house has so much room and plenty of seating. The deck has the perfect view of the beach sunrise and sunset. We had a party of about 100 ppl and there was plenty parking space. Kevin had all the things needed like tables, chairs and coolers. We also rented the golf cart. We all had a great time!

It was roomy, clean, and the location was dreamy. My Family swam, fished and strolled on the Beach. We rose to beautiful sunrises, relaxed with the sunsets and chilled under the moon lit nights. We didn't want to leave!!!!

Property is really close to water and has everything you can think off at a beach house. we were 27 people stayed at this property age for 7 year old to 75 year old and it has something to do for all of us. we really enjoyed our stay at this beach house and kevin is really easy to deal with. I mostly communicated with him over text message but he is really quick on replying and always make sure that we have all we need. We had a power outage because of some issue with power grid but kevin called me personally and apologized on situation out of his hand. I really recommend this property. All of my family and extended family member enjoyed our stay.

We rented the Blue Marlin for a family reunion/vacation and it was great. We cooked most of our meals at the house and found the kitchen to be very well furnished. There were lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for our use. The bathrooms were all clean and beds were very comfortable. The A/C worked excellent and kept us nice and cool. And, most importantly, Kevin was very responsive with all questions we sent his way. Would definitely recommend staying at the Blue Marlin!

This property is so luxurious! High end appliances and furniture. So well appointed. Everything you need, and more, is supplied. Even things you didnt know you would need, they thought of it. We had 28 people at one time and never felt like we were on top of each other. Plenty of room for our vehicles, ATVs, and trailors. We couldnt have asked for a better location on the beach. And dont even get me started on Kevin...he's the best! When we couldnt figure out how to work a smart appliance, he returned our call immediately. Thanks Kevin!

Very spacious , all the amenities were as represented , beach less crowded with private access , well decorated with a homey coastal atmosphere and the owner Kevin was a great host . Defiantly recommend this property and look forward to our next visit to the Peninsula again in the future. THANKS again Kevin 🙏

House was better in person than the pictures showed. Awesome is the best way to describe our stay. Host has very clear instructions and answered all text and phone calls. I held my daughter’s wedding and reception at the house, oh my, it was such a beautiful location. The fact that the house offered tables and chairs, as well to rent directly from them was an extra plus. If you’re looking for a place for you family and/or friends to gather and enjoy the beach in a beautiful house, this is the place to rent.

From day 1 of booking, Kevin communicated and was so helpful with making sure we would have everything we need for our wedding. Our family stayed there with us and all of our friends came. EVERYONE was beyond impressed with the house and everything about it. We are already talking about wanting to come back. We had something that needed fixed and Kevin was there immediately and had it fixed. We couldn't have found a better place to celebrate ❤ Book this beach house. You will not be disappointed!!!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my Dad’s 96 birthday. We had all different age ranges from15 months to 96 and everyone had a great time. The accessibility to the beach was perfect. All the preteens and teens were at the beach almost before we could unpack. The adults could see the kids from the deck and meanwhile enjoyed a fantastic view of various boat coming into and out of Galveston. I would highly recommend staying here and I am already thinking about next year.

The Blue Marlin is by far the best home I have rented hands down! Kevin was excellent on providing me with information about the home. This home has everything you need. The living room is excellent for large group gatherings. The bedrooms are so spacious and each has a bathroom in it which came in handy with the large group we had. The bottom is huge to entertain and not to mention a parking lot that accommodates at least 25 cars. This house has empty properties on both sides and no close neighbors which is great especially if you are entertaining down stairs at night. I highly recommend this home for large group gatherings. It is definitely the best place on the island! Thank you Kevin for calling me and giving me details about the house and answering any questions I had.

We stayed at the Blue Marlin to celebrate my dad’s 90th birthday and even though it rained almost the entire weekend, we had an outstanding time. The house is exactly as described with everything you need to entertain a large group. I was so impressed with the quality of the kitchen and baths. Once it quit raining, we realized there was a gorgeous view and the placement on the beach is perfect. I highly recommend Blue Marlin.

Our church ladies held our Annual Ladies Beach Retreat October 6-8. There was 25 of us and the cabin accommodations were great for our group.
We enjoyed the beach front and sitting on the deck plus the short walk to the beach.
The downstairs loft worked out great for the younger late nighters who stayed up and laughed half the night and later slept in the mornings
Kevin (our host) was awesome. He kept in contact with us making sure we had all we needed.
The lift was definitely a back saver and much appreciated.
Our only extra need was for a second refrigerator
for all the food that needed refrigeration.
Other than that this was a perfect cabin.

Love, love, loved our time at Crystal Beach! The Blue Marlin was the perfect house for our large group. The large kitchen/living area was great. We had one afternoon/evening of rain and we were able to gather comfortably inside (we had 20 in our group). Easy access to the beach. Made for a great Labor Day weekend!

Great family getaway!
This house is awesome. Kevin was wonderful and answered all of our questions. The few issues that came up he was easy to get a hold of and did everything he could to make things right. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is amazing even the kids bedroom. He went above and beyond in supplying amenities for renters . Definitely a repeat house . Steps to the beach which made it great when our kiddos had to nap . Thanks Kevin !!
