You will fall in love with this sweet beach house. An open concept main room allows for your group to spend quality time together. Bright light shines through the large sliding glass doors leading to an outdoor patio, where you can continue your relaxation off the spacious main living room. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms gives plenty of opportunities to invite your guests to relax in their own space. Off the master bedroom, is a patio for a fireside glass of your favorite beverage. The large fenced in yard is perfect for families and your furry best friend! Beach access is a short two block walk to the end of the street. Use the beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and coolers to spend most of your time in the sunshine and waves. The world renowned Cocoa Beach Pier is a short walk down the pristine beach. You won't want to leave this special get-a-way. Welcome to your new favorite place!

The property was wonderful and well designed for travelers. We had a great few days. Loved being able to walk to the beach and the proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. We would stay here again.

This home was everything it was advertised to be. Very nice clean home, great location (3 minute walk to the beach), quite neighborhood and fully stocked with basic items needed. We would definitely stay there again. We had a really nice relaxing vacation. Thank You.

The host was super responsive from the initial booking throughout the stay. The house was super clean and fully stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beach was truly a couple blocks away and there were beach chairs, boogie boards ant towels available. It was a short drive to the Kennedy space center and I was so excited there was a rocket launch while we were there. We walked to the beach and watched it from there . Great location. We would definitely return if coming back to the area

Stayed the few days prior to boarding our cruise. Had a great time at space center and a fun beach day using the boogie boards. Home was very convenient for the beach and everything to do around town. Enjoyed the games at night also. Only issue was master bathroom was really dirty, hair/sand/dirt everywhere especially in the shower and the bath mat was not clean. No towels there either. We found them in the dryer still wet? Other than that the home was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

This is a great house, within 2 blocks of the beach. It is well-stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The beds are comfy. There is a large grocery store 1 mile away, and some restaurants within walking distance. It is on a quiet side street. Stephanie is a good communicator. We had no issues with the home, and it was easy to get in. I would definitely stay there again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this cottage that was extremely well equipped and clean. The numerous outdoor spaces really added to our stay. 1 block and a half to the beach - perfect. Thank you!

We spent a few lively days in the yellow house by the beach. It was only 1.5 block walk to a beautiful beach that wasn’t crowded at all. We appreciated all the beach toys and towels. We didn’t have time to use them, but there was also a fenced yard with a fire pit, bikes, and a gas grill. Cocoa Beach and the surrounding cities were fun and had great food choices. We would love to come back.

This home had everything you could think of, from towels to cooking needs. It’s also had all necessary beach supplies, from beach chairs to a good size cooler. The manager was also very nice and responsive to all my questions. I would definitely stay here the next time I’m in Orlando.

Really cute property with a large backyard. The terrazzo floors are perfect for this home that is super close walking-distance to the beach and pier. The house is immaculate and is close to everything we enjoy about Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach.

We loved the house! The location was great - close to the beach and the pier, but far enough away that it was quiet. It had everything we needed with lots of extras - nice outdoor spaces, outdoor showers, bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, lots of towels and chairs for the beach! In addition, my wife is very picky about beds and her sleep since some rentals have cheap mattresses/beds, but these were great! We slept well which made for a more restful vacation! The owner was responsive and accommodating as well! We'd love to stay here again sometime!

We had a wonderful trip to cocoa beach and this beach house was wonderfully stocked and a great location! We walked a short distance to the beach every day and it was like our own private beach! The outdoor shower was awesome, it really helped keep the sand out of the house! Would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to stay here again in the future!

The house is great and perfectly situated and outfitted for coming and going to the beach. It's a close walk to the beach and has great amenities for making the beach fun (chairs, coolers, boogie boards, sand toys, wagon, etc.). The outdoor shower and many hoses are great to clean off the sand before going back in the house.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything that's needed. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated nicely, too.

We had a wonderful three week stay! There was everything you could possibly need in the house. It was very clean and welcoming upon our arrival. The location was perfect, right down the street from the beach. We even got to see a rocket launch early one morning! Communication with the host was very prompt. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed our stay at Stephanie’s place in Cocoa Beach. The location is fabulous - just one block from the beach. The neighbors are super nice. It has all the amenities that you’ll need for the beach, and It’s clean and modern and spacious - love the big kitchen table! We stayed with our dog and the fully fenced in backyard was great for her to run around play ball. We will definitely rent again. The place is lovely and Stephanie communicates well and promptly.

Lovely Beach house
This is an absolutely lovely vacation rental, thoughtfully equipped to anticipate the needs of travellers, complete with bicycles, beach towels, beach toys a trolley, a spare hat and a beach bag. The kitchen is spacious and has all the amneties needed to cook a lovely family meal.
The beach house is located minutes walk from the beach.
Catherine, the owner is easy to reach and responds rapidly to questions.

Perfect size for a small family, minutes from the beach
This is perfect little house for a family. It's comfortable, well-equipped and oh-so close to the beach. A 3-minute walk and you are on the sand eyeing the rolling waves. From there, it's a 12 minute walk to the Pier to eat, grab ice cream or watch the surfers. Everything you need is available at the house: boogie boards, beach towels & chairs, umbrella, surf boards, and bikes. After a day at the beach the outside shower is tops with super pressure, privacy and sunshine. When we didn't cook at the house we walked to local restaurants. We arrived a little before check in so we hit 4th Street Fillin Station (an old gas station converted to hip restaurant). That's a do-not-miss stop for the food. Delicious! Overall, we had a great trip made that much better with a stay at this Hayes Ave. Beach House.

Loved this cute little house! Plenty of room for our family of 6. The outdoor shower was a favorite for the kids and also handy to keep sand out as well as the hose in the front. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. The extra beach supplies were perfect! Appreciated the dining recommendations as well. Would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!

This is a wonderful property. Older home but updated. Property has a large yard, outdoor shower, and is walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants.
