Enjoy barbecues in the fresh air on the private gas grill, or cook dinners for the whole crew inside in the full kitchen with an extra-long prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar for four. The private washer/dryer will take care of the towels, and central air conditioning will keep everyone cool and comfortable. Enjoy a view of the bay from the furnished deck (perfect for enjoying drinks or dinner al fresco). Just don't forget to turn on the outside lights! Bedrooms at this home are all down one hallway, just past the home's private washer/dryer. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan for customized comfort. The first bedroom features fun turtle-themed art, and the second bedroom just across the hall continues the theme in the en suite half bathroom. The third bedroom is down the hall to the right - this is a fun bunk room with an Xbox One installed for gaming nights. The fourth and final bedroom is across the hall, with a two-window view and an en suite bathroom (with a shower/tub combination) for guests to enjoy. THINGS TO KNOW Deeded beach access The living room sofabed provides an extra sleeping space *Please note that no games are provided for the Xbox One *Only the living room and main bedroom have cable. The rest of the TVs are smart TVs, and guests can use their own accounts to stream content This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The house is in a beautiful location. My only complaint is several repairs that need to be made to the house. Also the beds are super uncomfortable. The beds are thin and headboards and footboards shake. It’s hard to sleep comfortably or at all in this home

Great place & vacation spot! Everything is as described in the amenities loved that we could take our fur baby with us. Easy check in check out communication via app or text- very professional. Great AC & super fast internet! Would definitely book again at this house- loved it!

The house is situated in a great location tucked away but with a view of the canal. The house was well supplied with towels and basic needs. The house is not updated so the carpet and beds were in need of an upgrade. The bunk beds squeak terribly! They should install a higher quality bed for the rental price. The pool was very nice! We overall enjoyed our stay but the blinds were broken when we arrived and the beds need an upgrade.

Loved the room. But just a FYI. need more towels only 6 there were 13 of us. No oven mitts and only two dish towels. I am 69 and it's my fault but those stairs about did me in hahahaha. We did see a baby fox every day at the home by the side facing the bay. Kids loved it. We enjoyed the beautiful porch as well. Thank you for being so kind and prompt in answering our questions

House is clean and roomy...very nice and comfortable. Downside is no beach access and no pool. I prefer beach front but got canceled because of construction, we were placed here because of no ocean front rentals available. Home is very nice just not what I wanted.
