Had a blast place ,place was very nice & cozy .walking distance to beach was perfect just wish they had a hose down stairs to rinse things off . If you plan on cooking bring pots you think you might need.Big ice maker was not worker we called they came 2 times still not working .Had trouble drying clothes had to dry twice . But I would diffidently come back .

The downstairs was more than we even hoped for. We had 4 young rambunctious boys and there was enough space for them to run around.

We loved our stay in this spacious home. Easy walk to the beach and enjoyed the pool. We called the management company for two issues. They showed up immediately to fix the problem. The dryer vent needed cleaning. We ad wet clothes. The repair guy carefully removed them a when he finished he actually put the wet towels back in the dryer and started it again!!! Although the kitchen was very well stocked I would suggest adding some pans to cook noodles and spaghetti. Can’t wait to return.

We had great views and great space for family fun in this large unit. We had mostly everything we needed (it would have been nice to have a few basic staples already there-- like salt and pepper). Only minor complaints were that the dryer would often take 3-4 cycles to dry clothe and the sofa and chairs could probably use an upholstery cleaning. Overall, we would definitely recommend the unit to others!

The house was clean and very spacious for our group. We enjoyed the closeness to the beach as well as having our own private area on the beach without the crowds. Our only complaint was that the WiFi didn’t work for our unit and we called and had a maintenance order put in but when the guy came to look at it, he didn’t know what was wrong either. So we ended up logging in to another unit’s WiFi for the remainder of our stay.

Great View, Great Location, Great Time. Mold/mildew issue. The home was spacious and comfortable with a short walk to the beach and a nice pool with a view. The home was sparse on kitchen items and we had some concerns about mold/mildew around vents on the second floor ceilings. It was substantial.

This house is everything you could want and more. Very clean, well decorated, open floor plan accommodated our party of 9 with 4 dinner guests for a shrimp/crab boil. House Included 4 rental chairs with 2 umbrellas set up on the beach daily, made the bargain hunter in me very happy. Kids enjoyed the bunkroom. The extra ice maker made for never running out of ice. Couches/chairs comfortable. Beds are good but not great. Onsite Parking plentyful, free.
