Nestled in Orange Beach, this lovely condo for $706 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Welcome to The Oasis, formerly known as Phoenix West II, Unit 1912! Relax in this 4-bedroom/4-bathroom, over 2,500 sq. ft. professionally decorated condo that overlooks both the Gulf State Park and the sugar sands of Orange Beach. The first thing you'll notice in this (technically) north-facing unit are the floor-to-ceiling windows in the bonus living area that showcase the miles of white sand beach to the East. Featuring a large wall mounted flatscreen TV, this is the perfect location to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee or let the kids game the night away. The large north-facing balcony overlooks the miles and miles of the Gulf State Park (and, yes, that is the lighted Ferris wheel at the Wharf you see in the distance). The lush greenery is a perfect complement to the coastal cottage decor. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The master bath features double sinks (including hair dryer), jacuzzi tub, stand-alone shower, and a large walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and 3rd bedroom with two Queen sized beds, there is a large wall mounted flatscreen TV in both and have their own adjoining bathroom with a single-sink (including hair dryer) and a combo bath/shower. The 4th bedroom has two Queen sized beds and a large wall mounted flatscreen TV but does not have an adjoining bathroom. We also have a queen sofa sleeper in the living room and a queen sofa sleeper in the front sitting area for sleeping up to 16. We have upgraded our linens and have the quilts exchanged with each stay. Guests also enjoy the full bathroom off the main hallway (that includes a stand-alone shower and access to the full-sized washer and dryer). The well-stocked kitchen has been upgraded to include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a wet bar / icemaker. A large dining table (w/seating for 8). as well as 4 bar stools provide plenty of seating options while dining. A wet-bar with a wine cooler and ice-maker will enhance any party. Beautiful tile throughout (no carpet). Plus the 60" HD flatscreen TV in the living area, satellite programming, and included high speed WiFi allow you to be as connected as you want to be. For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock, so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the waterslide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs!! You have covered parking in the garage. There is a state of the art fitness room on the 15th floor with incredible views of the beach and another two hot tubs and saunas on the 14th floor. NO SMOKING allowed inside or OUTSIDE the unit. No pets allowed. Parking: You must purchase parking passes from the front desk upon arrival. Parking passes are $60 per vehicle (a one-time fee that covers your entire stay). Any 4-bedroom unit rented at Oasis guarantees the option to purchase up to two parking passes; the front desk will sell additional passes based upon availability (limited by occupancy of the complex) but, please, do not expect an extra pass during the summer season. Must be 25 to book.

We were very happy with the condo, building, location and beach!! Plenty of room and area for everyone. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The only thing we felt would have been nice was an electric griddle because took longer to cook for large family in 2 skillets. Great to have washer and dryer in room. Plenty of bathrooms! Loved the beach area - just would have liked a few mare days of warmer weather…. Pool, hot tub was great. Didn’t know the splash pad was under construction. We definitely will think about coming here again!! Thank you

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was nice and clean. Elevators were slow. At times it was impossible to get up or down from unit to beach. Pool chemicals were very off—indoor pool was murky and the chloramine smell burned eyes and nose when in the room.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with the complex and were also pleased the year before. This unit was clean and spacious but the unit we had last year had a bigger kitchen which was nice and a balcony facing the ocean, which is a must-have moving forward.

The room had recently been remodeled and new furniture for both living rooms which was a plus. We like having 2 living room areas so different family member watched TV in the evenings in each area. We wished the view from the first living room had a balcony cause this was the view of the ocean. There was not a pantry to store groceries. We had to stack groceries on the counter so that meant we had less counter space when preparing meals.
