A very large room with three double beds which could sleep up to six people. Lots of storage, large tv, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The host Frankie was very helpful and friendly. Location is convenient five minutes walk into the old town. This is an ideal room for a family of budget conscious group of friends.

The room is a semi basement without any outside view. Ceilings are low and bathroom although large and private is reached by leaving the room.

Location and proximity to centre easily reachable. Free parking. Coffee machine/microwave/kettle in room. Toys for kids to play with. Pleasant host.

Difficult to find parking spot to begin with as not reachable without local knowledge. Toilet/shower separate to room (small inconvenience to walk out of room at night to use bathroom). Toilet was missing the toilet seat which was a bit surprising and caused some uncomfort. Bugs and flies in room and had to use the bug spray (no coincidence it was provided) to zap the flies at night.

Excellent location and communication with host. Property was spacious and clean.

The apt was clean, comfortable and spacious! The bathroom was more than big enough! Lots of local reading materials, TV worked with bonus Netflix, excellent coffee machine, good size fridge and just a really amazing host! Parking garage available. Really loved this apt and its locaton and I would definitely try to stay there again!

I booked the room during the Gent music festival. It is 10 minutes walk from the heart of the festival (city center) meanwhile in a quite region. The room was clean, well equipped. Franky (the host) gave me all the info about the Gent, Bruges and also the festival program. I enjoyed my stay and certainly it would be the first place I will try to book for next trip to Gent. I totally recommend it.

Good location near city center but still quiet awway from noise. You can visit all atractions by foot and have your own peace if you need.

Although apartment is spacious it is not suitable for for preparing food ( you can't wash dishes for example and there are no aplainces for cooking). Bathroom is separate from the apartment which is not practical. Also, the apartment is in basement with small main door.The entrance in garage is not suitable for cars higher than 1.8m. I wouldn't recomend it for families with children nor the ones who want to prepare meal or snack. Bathtube is uncomfortable as well.

B&B (European Inn) run by a friendly host. Gravensteen Castle can be reached in 5 minutes on foot and the city center can be reached in less than 10 minutes. The B&B is semi-basement, with a very spacious bedroom for 5-6 people, a sofa for 4 people, a round table for comfort, and also a coffee machine to serve you delicious coffee for free. The bathroom was spacious and clean, but it was separated from the outside, and the door sound was too loud every time I went in and out of the bathroom, so it was a bit inconvenient to use it in many ways. It was nice to be able to park for free in front of the building, but it is not always guaranteed, so if there is no empty parking space, parking may be difficult, so we was anxious until we arrived at the B&B.

Franky as a host, parking garage next door, size of the room, nice coffee machine, extremely well situated for sightseeing. Really good accomodation.

The room is in a basement - its not too dark or damp or anything, just should maybe be stated on the booking site info (if it is, I apologise for not noticing). Also, the bathroom is detached from the room - its literally 1.5 away but you need to leave the room, enter the hallway and then enter the bathroom. Not ideal for people who prefer walking around in their natural wardrobe :)

Great B&B in the centre of Ghent. Very nice host. Big room and good beds!

Doors and ceiling are a bit low. Also the shower.

Overall it was a great stay. Location is excellent to explore the city center.

Just as a suggestion: it would be great if some extra blankets were available.
