Nestled in the exclusive Woodwinds at Sierra Star Golf course on the fourth fairway, you will enjoy endless views of the mountains, greenery, and sunsets from both private patios. Attention to detail has been heightened throughout this exquisite end-unit home, with upscale modern feel and designer upgrades at all levels. You can enter via the custom Maple grand front entry door or the 2-car garage (with 2 additional spaces on driveway for a total of 4 included parking spaces) that offers ski and board racks, bike hooks, storage, and work bench for your use. The downstairs area offers a full laundry room with washer and dryer, rustic chic bedroom with queen and twin log bunk beds, pre wire AV connection in wall, smart TV, full bathroom with large shower and granite counter tops , an entertainment room (including Wii console, games, AV connection, and smart TV - a kids dream!) with a queen sleeper sofa equipped with memory foam mattress, and access to the first secluded patio where you can relax after a day on the mountain soaking in the large private Jacuzzi. The mid-level welcomes you with an open concept that includes a Chefs’ kitchen complete with SS upgraded appliances, fully appointed dishware and cooking utensils, granite counter tops and breakfast bar, heated floors, custom cabinets, and pantry. Also includes the dining area that can easily fit 10, which overlooks the second patio where you can enjoy cocktails or BBQ meals sitting around the comfortable fire pit table. The living room affords you breathtaking views of the mountain and fairway, a custom ledge stone gas fireplace, comfortable wrap around large sofas, and an Oversized Smart TV; surround sound and WIFI are available throughout the home. Just past the full bathroom with a soaking tub and granite countertops, you’ll find 2 bedrooms included on this level. Both complete with Queen size bed, large built-in closets, Smart TVs, and more. The third level is where you will find the primary retreat. King size bed, gorgeous views, walk-in closet with built-ins, en suite primary bathroom with custom shelving and closet, stand-alone frameless glass shower, jacuzzi tub, heated floors, and granite counter tops. Please note this property is not handicap accessible and -like most homes on the mountain- is not equipped with air conditioning. The jacuzzi is serviced twice a week and access will need to be granted. What a fantastic stay! Perfect home base for our boarding weekend. Anne was a wonderful host! She was very thoughtful as a big storm was approaching she communicated that to us in case we were not aware.

It was perfect for 5 adult couples. Close to the village. Possibly walking distance in the summer. The den has a pull out couch which was comfortable enough to sleep on for a weekend. The host was responsive when we had questions regarding our stay. Dining room table was large enough for everyone for dinner and games. The garage has a place for skis and fits 2 small cars. In addition, we had 2 vehicles in the driveway. We will definitely be back. It was a perfect place to celebrate our retirement.

I desired a property that would accommodate comfortably my two adult children, their spouse and child for a winter gathering of play, rest and family time. This property met our needs completely. We hosted several meals, dinning in mostly. The property is conveniently located and accessible to all that Mountain Lakes and the Resort have to offer. My families came from LA and San Diego. Great location and property for the ambience I wanted for my family. We will do this again!

We had an amazing time at Anne's place. We had other family staying in mammoth and the house was great for group gatherings. We were able to have a game going on the dining room table, a conversation in the living room and kids playing in the game room. It was a great time. The kitchen is well stocked with tools, pots, pans, platters and more. Anne communicated with us well and took care of anything we needed. We had kids from 3 months to 10 years staying there and the house worked well for all ages! We plan on coming back!

The location of the property was ideal for our first visit to the area. The Yosemite park entrance near this home was closed during our stay in late-June due to weather-related issues, but that wasn’t the host’s fault and we still managed to have a great time. The house was fantastic: clean, well-appointed, and had plenty of space for our family of four (two adults + two college kids).

The home was very beautiful and in a great area close to shopping and restaurants. It was very spacious for our family and well furnished. There were just a few things when we arrived that needed to be addressed. We notified the owners immediately about a missing door knob, toilet paper holder, missing molding on the floor with nail sticking out, and a red stain on the carpet that they were not aware of before our arrival. The floors needed to be mopped in the kitchen area, and the dishwasher was full of dishes. We just did those things ourselves, but since we were paying a cleaning fee, felt it should have been cleaner. We had an infant so it was even more important to us.

Perfect for a large family. Beautiful view from the patio, great for morning coffee or meals. Very nice neighborhood for walking and the golf course is right there. It is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. A big bonus was the jacuzzi right out the back door. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year. The welcome basket of wine and snacks was a nice way to start our vacay after a long drive.

This town home was perfect for our stay in Mammoth. It is close to everything in town and we were able to ride our bikes all around without any issues. The neighborhood is nice & quite as it is on a golf course and there is no through traffic. The little ones road bikes and scooters up & down the road all day long. The home was spacious enough for our group. The hot tub was a nice bonus.

Anne’s home was fantastic and had all of the incredibly well thought out amenities to make our stay feel like home. Her place is within walking distance to the village and a short drive away from Mammoth Main lodge. We had a bit of a hiccup with an unexpected power outage while we were there, but she was very communicative during the entire process and gave updates about when the power would be back. 10/10 would recommend staying at her home again!

Sadly, due to unforeseen , catastrophic weather events, we were not able to stay at the Woodwind property, however, I cannot give enough praise to Anne as she walked my husband throughout the entire visit starting with giving him updated weather and road conditions as driving was treacherous. She quickly resolved alternative housing for the group, continuing her thorough assistance in making the vacation go off seamlessly. I can assure you she was professional, caring and very responsive. We will definitely utilize her property in the future!!!

We had an incredible stay here!The property was clean and beautiful. It was so well thought-out with things like boot warmers and extra cell phone chargers. Anne was lovely and communicative! She even helped us when we had issues related to the extreme snow that hit Mammoth during our visit. Would definitely recommend :)

The property was clean and stocked with most things we needed. We were welcomed by an extremely thoughtful welcome basket (wine and chocolate!) and there was plenty of snow around the property for the kids to play. It was also a great addition to have a 2-car garage to park our vehicles (and keep them warm and dry) when the snow was dumping outside.

The place was absolutely beautiful. Came here with my family and some very close friends. It worked out perfect. Everyone had their own room. We were on different levels which gave everyone space. This house is just beautiful and has plenty of room for a large group. It has everything you could need or want for a relaxing stay including a very well-appointed kitchen.
