We love this house. It’s our second time renting. The hosts are responsive and helpful. The kitchen is very well equipped, beds comfortable and dining room fabulous for family meals. The hot tub was clean and hot. And the back patio a great place to hang out. We plan to stay again.

Very comfortable house with a great front porch and relaxing backyard with firepit and hot tub! Everything was so cozy and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the house was perfectly located for easy drives to Pikes Peak, the Royal Gorge, Cripple Creek and more!!

Great home for my family of five vacation to Colorado Springs. Each of my three teenage daughters had their own bed which they loved. The house was immaculate and looked newly renovated, the beds were very comfortable (probably the best we've ever had) and we used the backyard fire pit and backyard hot tub every night. The owner was super responsive for any questions we had. The location was great and was quiet. Only a mile from downtown where there were great restaurants / coffee and ice cream shops, etc. and very close to the new US Olympic & Paralympic Museum, Garden of the Gods and within 30-60 minutes to zip lines and river rafting. Highly recommend and will stay again whenever in Colorado Springs.

This property was wonderful. The location was great and the house was beautiful and spacious for the 6 of us that stayed there. We were able to get to many activities and restaurants easily in Colorado Springs. The hosts were very easy to contact and wanted to make sure that our stay was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed including toothpaste which we forgot to bring. It was very clean and really close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The property is not only historic and lovely, but situated near local attractions. It is equipped with everything we needed, including small breakfast items, coffee and hot tea. The hot tub was enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would recommend for families and couples.

We had an amazing stay at this property in Colorado Springs. It was very clean and centrally located. They thought of everything, ie luggage racks, hooks everywhere for towels, coats, etc, towels specifically for hot tub, anything one could need in the kitchen, toiletry items, including toothbrushes and toothpaste, if you forgot yours, etc. The owners were super responsive and available to answer questions, as needed. No complaints at all and would certainly stay here again. Thanks again for a great stay!!

Tasteful design and thoughtful touches made a our family trip more special. It felt like a real home for our nearly one week stay. Super clean, comfortable and cute. The interior was well planned. The outdoor space was perfect, even in the cooler early Spring weather. Plenty of room for folks to have their own space and yet still felt cozy. Great location for Colorado College and the restaurants that we wanted to try were usually about 10 mins away or less. Easy check in / out and responsive communication with the hosts. If we find ourselves in Colorado Springs again, we would definitely come back here.

We had a wonderful time staying in the house. It was extremely clean and it was so nice to see a little soft touches like extra toothbrushes and hand towels. We did have one small issue with the sleeping arrangements since the couch is very uncomfortable to sleep on. It would be helpful in the future to have a air mattress as an option that you really can fit eight people.

The home was exactly what we needed for our time in Colorado Springs. My wife commented it was the cleanest home she's ever been in. The home is very close to Colorado College, the Olympic Training Center, Old Colorado City, and so much more. Not walking distance to most, but 5-10 minute drive from all. Neighborhood is very quiet except when other VRBO renters nextdoor can get a bit loud. Definitely would recommend to stay here and would look at staying again if we return to Colorado Springs. Owners were very quick to respond to any/all questions.

The place looks even better in person than it does online (which is saying a lot). I have never seen so many amenities in a vacation rental and cannot recommend it highly enough. It's incredible! And the hosts could not have been any more accomodating. Our stay was perfect in every respect. I repeat-- Book It!

We rented the house for a bachelorette party and we could not have been happier! The small touches and home decor made it a perfect place to stay. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect for a night in at the house, and the location was close to all of our activities! The hosts were quick to respond to all of our messages! House was fantastic. Rooms were very comfortable and the closet space was great. Everything was included down to the fine details. The back yard was so nice from the fire pit to the hot tub to the furniture on the deck. My wife said she could move into this house. The location was great. You can walk downtown, Garden of Gods and Old Colorado City are 15 minutes and Pikes Peak is 20 minutes away. And the street is very quiet. Highly recommend, especially if visiting Colorado College or US Air Force Academy.

We really enjoyed the home both times we stayed here. We love the homey feel and neighborhood. It was convenient to downtown and Garden of the Gods. Our family visited Colorado Springs for my Father's memorial service and this house could not have been more perfect to accommodate everyone. We had a great family evening cooking smores and sitting in the hot tub. The landlord was so helpful, all the way to assisting with finding a babysitter. We thank you for providing such a beautiful and fully equipped sanctuary during such a sad time.

We had a great stay and the house was immaculate and the back yard was a perfect hang out area. Be aware that the second floor rooms are adjacent with the bathroom on the side, so you will need to go through one room to get to the bathroom and down the stairs. Not a problem for family, but if you have multiple couples it could be awkward.

We had a great time at this property. Everything was so nice, clean, and just as the pictures showed. Special touches such as fresh ground coffee, snacks, etc. We had a couple questions and Jonathan and Kelly were very quick to respond.
