This newly renovated 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo features gorgeous finishes and decor throughout! Enjoy sitting on the covered porch and taking in beautiful mountain views! This lovely condo in an amazing Gatlinburg location awaits! The Space: Bedroom- King bed, smart tv Bathroom- Stand-up shower Living Room- Queen sleeper sofa, smart tv, gas fireplace (seasonal) Kitchen- Refrigerator, stove top, granite countertops, silverware, dishes, cups, Keurig and regular coffee maker (bring coffee) Deck- Covered, seating Guest Access: Entire condo The Neighborhood: This condo is located within walking distance of the Gatlinburg Parkway! It is in the Laurel Inn Condos! There is a back set set of steps down near the pool that leads you straight into downtown Gatlinburg, TN! You can also go out front the condos and take a sidewalk all the way into downtown! It's about .3 miles to the middle of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! The location is tremendous! Getting Around: All paved roads to the condo. We recommend 4x4 wheel drive at any condo in Gatlinburg and/or the mountains as well as this one. It's easy to reach the condo and in downtown Gatlinburg, TN! You can walk into downtown Gatlinburg, TN which saves you a good bit of money on parking! Other Things to Note: Must be 21 or older to book this condo. This condo sleeps 4 guests maximum. We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way to it and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area. This condo is located in downtown Gatlinburg, TN and within walking distance to the Parkway. Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather. Coffee maker is a regular coffee maker and keurig. (bring coffee) The condo is located on the 2nd floor which is right off the parking lot. There is an elevator in the complex. Laundry facilities are pay facilities located on the 1st floor of the condo complex. Interaction with Guests: The best and fastest way to reach me is through the website messenger.

We had a great time when we stayed here, conveniently located, very clean. Easy to check in. Close to smoky mountains, we hiked everyday. Great restaurants not on the strip also.

This condo is exactly as described! So cute and cozy. Nice view of the mountain and downtown lights. A few blocks walk to downtown but the stairs can be quite steep. Overall a great stay!

Let me first say, we had a great time. The condo was clean and in a great location for walking downtown. When we first got there we noticed the gas fireplace wasn’t working and we couldn’t get the pilot light to lite. Then we noticed it was 63 degrees in the condo. We tried to turn it up but I guess the host had it locked. Then that night we only had Luke warm water, no hot water. I emailed the host and they had someone out the next day. They got the pilot light lite, got the thermostat up to 67 degrees and we had hot water. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Will definitely be staying there again.

This is the cutest condo we have ever stayed in! The wood walls and ceilings, make it feel much more like a cabin, than a condo. It’s centrally located, and was very clean!

This unit was perfect for our weekend stay. Close to downtown Gatlinburg. There is a set of stairs that lead down to the strip. However, the walk back can be tiring, as it is uphill. It may not be easy for little ones to make the walk back. The unit was spotless and we loved the setup! Great host with nice extra touches!

My husband and I planned a spur of the moment trip. This place was great for the 2 of us. It would have also fit our kids space wise if we had taken them. It was clean and the cabin like feel was very cozy and cute. I would not suggest walking to town with small children if you take them with you; the walk back was okay for just us but I could not imagine having my littles and a stroller on the walk back. Nothing negative to say though and will definitely be using again in the future!

We were looking for somewhere close to downtown but also quiet and within walking distance. This fit all of those desires and more. The place was clean and everything was working. The bed was extremely comfortable and the view from the patio was great in the morning. We would come back to this place again as we were fully satisfied with our stay.

My husband and I enjoyed the many welcoming touches provided by the owner upon our arrival! From the Hershey chocolate treats to the artfully decorated swan-shaped towels on the bed, we had a very enjoyable experience! The newly remodeled place was clean, attractively decorated, and had the necessary amenities for our stay in the Smoky Mountains! We enjoyed the higher location, the view of the mountains from the bedroom balcony, the gas fireplace, and the ease of parking!

The condo was adorable and clean. Everything provided from linens to a fresh sponge and dish soap. Easy walk to downtown and tons of activities. Property owners/management was timely and concise with communication. Will stay here again! Thanks for the family bonding time.

Cool place... With the decor it felt like you were in a cute little cabin....everything worked fine....great correspondence with the owners...was a little disappointed with the location, being up on top of a hill, it wasn't easy walking into town. Overall we had a blast and definitely enjoyed our stay!

Place was clean, location decent. A little snug for our family, but listing is accurate, so I expected this. Not giving it 4 stars because upstairs neighbors were quite loud—if they were also short term renters, then you might have better luck than us. Would still recommend this place, particularly for a couple.
