Gulf front vacationing at its finest! Unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf! Our condo is perfectly situated on the 14th floor directly overlooking the Beach and Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible RELAXING panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a key-less entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and brand new to the rental market! The Large balcony provides incredible views of the Gulf that span for miles along pristine white beaches and clear blue waters. As an added feature to this unit we allow our guest to use the owners closet located on the same floor as the unit. It can be used for extra room to store your beach supplies, chairs, rafts, coolers, and much more. You will be given a door code to access the owners closet. We also offer you free use of our owners closet across the hall from the unit to store your beach supplies in. Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen SMART TV in the master, and Smart TV's in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, king in the 2nd bedroom, two queen beds in both 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The unit sleeps 12 in beds. Plus there is an additional Sofa Sleeper for two additional person for a total of 14. There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this Phoenix has to offer. This condo was absolutely amazing! It is extremely spacious with all but one room having floor to ceiling windows. It is nicely updated. The kitchen has ample amount of storage in the cabinets as well as a nice size pantry. The wet bar off the kitchen, with additional ice maker, was the perfect extra addition. The location is perfect and it’s easy to get down to the beach. This unit also has an additional storage room outside of the condo which was very helpful to keep all of our beach items and chairs. We did have a lot of trouble with the bedroom TV’s not working but this was not at all a game changer for us. We also didn’t really like the fact you had to pay $55 per car for parking. But again, not a game changer. All in all, this was the perfect unit with plenty of space for our family of 14. We had a great time and will rent this condo again!

Our stay was amazing! The condo was clean, gorgeous view and great amenities. We locked ourselves out of the room and the property owner was quick to answer my phone call and easy to speak with to get back into the condo. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great view from the balcony and three of the bedrooms. Large family room. This was a fantastic place for our vacation. We enjoyed the lazy river and pool as well as being on the beach. Orange Beach is very nice and not crowded The check-in and out process was very easy and the condo was very spacious. Our children all had a great time. Great place for families to interact. We will definitely be back!

3rd year in a row in these condos. First year in this unit. They are all pretty much the same. Plenty of space for 4 families, easy access to beach and lazy river with slide is awesome too. This unit, the bed mattresses, in most the rooms, need to be replaced but I have slept on worse. Overall very pleasant stay. Would go back.

This condo was wonderful. With it being an end unit we had beautiful views everywhere. We were a large group of 8 adults and 2 little ones and there was plenty of space for everyone. The beds were so comfortable. The space was quiet, we never heard the neighbors. The location is convenient to stores and restaurants. We walked to several locations. Our son loved the pool and all its amenities with the slide and lazy river. We highly recommend this rental!!

Right on the beach-great location! Close to all our favorite restaurants and two grocery stores across the street. Great 4 bedroom layout, very comfortable for 5 adults and baby. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Would recommend this place!

Beautiful property!! Easy access to unit with only a short walk to elevators from parking and from elevators to front door. The unit was very cleaned and stocked. Our family of 8 including 2 children had everything we needed. The extra storage for beach items across the hall was an added bonus. I can't say enough about this unit. We decided to stay an extra night and had quick response from owners on adding another night. I will for sure stay here again!!

This condo was perfect for us. We had grandparents and adult kids , a pre teen and three grandkids with us. The 4 bedrooms were nice size - all with adjoining bathrooms. The whole condo has high ceilings which adds to the spacious feeling. Of course, the fabulous views were beautiful. We saw the sunrise and the sunset from our windows and from the deck. We liked the options to dine out on the deck as well as indoors. Seating inside accommodated 10 plus room for two highchairs. Table seating on the deck allowed for 6. All appliances worked well. Linens were well stocked. We encountered nice personnel at the front desk. The condo is easily accessible to local groceries and carry out food and ice cream. We walked to many of these. A BIG plus : the Phoenix Orange Beach elevators worked quickly and smoothly, which allowed us easy access from the 14th floor to the pool and beach. We liked the storage unit for beach items. Please keep this feature for future guests ! The lobby is nice for additional workspace or quiet & comfortable view of the ocean. Thank you to the owners for a fabulous location for our family trip. Everyone had a great time , making new memories.

This unit had very small amount of cooking utensils, pots.pans. It was Thanksgiving. 2 blankets for 4 bedrooms and 1 couch. This will be the last time I stay in a Phoenix.

The condo was beautifully decorated and very well stocked. The views were incredible through the floor to ceiling windows and large balcony. It very easily accommodated our party of 10. The amenities were fantastic! We used the indoor and outdoors pools, fitness center and of course beach access. The location can’t be beat! Across the street from Publix and Walmart and easily walkable to the the trail system of the state park. The owner, Kelly, quickly answered any question we had. Absolutely recommend and would love to return!

My friends and I enjoyed staying at this lovely condo! It was perfect for our girl’s trip and had everything we needed. The place was super clean and updated amazingly well. The ice machine was a game changer for beach days. We enjoyed the pool and lazy river as well as the proximity to the grocery store and restaurants. I would stay here again, no questions.

The property was excellent and the Beach was at the top of our list. We've had more than one person say "The Beach in Alabama? What?" We told them they are missing out if they do not go.

Nice condo for all of our family. Ideally had 2 rooms with 2 queen beds so sleeping arrangements were very comfortable and being able to use the storage area just outside the condo for all of your beach things was great. Also, walk to the beach is very close and easy to carry your things out for the day.

We had a great time during our stay at the Phoenix Orange Beach. The condo was clean with breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The kids loved the lazy river and water slide. The indoor pool and hot tube was nice to have for a rainy day. We would definitely stay here again!
