King bed and pull out sofa located in common area * Located in Tower 1, 29th Floor * With Strip View * 42” flat screen television * Kitchenette with two-burner stove cooktop with basic cook/dish set (Cooking condiments and ingredients are NOT provided) * Mini Fridge & freezer * Microwave * Coffeemaker * Large marble bathroom with dual sinks & vanities * Jacuzzi tub and separate large glass shower * Iron & board *Hair Dryer * Locking safe for valuables Guest Access: * Free Valet Parking (Subject to Availability) * Free Self-Parking at MGM Grand in the case that Signature valet parking is full. * Bellhop service to store luggage before and after your stay * 24 hr check in at front desk (anytime after 4PM) * Access to the MGM Signature Tower Pools * Starbucks, restaurant, bar, and deli on site. *Laundry access for guests staying for 7 nights or more. Other Things to Note: *The 3% credit card processing fee for VRBO booking payments can not be refunded in case of cancellations. * No additional taxes or resort fees * Signature will place a temporary hold on your card for $100-$300 at check in for incidentals. It will be released back to you after check out. * The cleaning company cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. However, you can leave your luggage at the front desk either before or after your stay. * Cleanings before check-in and after check-out are covered by the cleaning fee. Daily housekeeping is not included, but is available on demand for a price. * The entire building is strictly smoke-free including any balconies. * We have a Nevada State Business License and pay all applicable fees and taxes. * You or someone in your party must be 21 years or older to rent this property Interaction with Guests: The check-in and check-out is similar to a hotel. The front desk is available 24/7 for any maintenance emergencies. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-$300 hold on the card during your stay. This will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. You will not be given a room key by the Signature staff if you don't have someone who is at least 21 years of age on the reservation. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns.

Awesome property does need a little tlc. Sinks dont drain, faucets leak, furniture is original. But i would stay again as thats just normal wear and tear and not on the owner. Best place in vegas imo. Thanks nate!

There was food found on the floor when we arrived. The charging cord bedside did not work. One of the lamps bedside was missing the switch to turn it on. We were awoken one morning at 5:30 am by a fire alarm and a recorded message saying to disregard the alarm and that went off for 30 minutes. The next morning we were trapped for 5 hours by an active shooter.

We really liked this place. There are beautiful views of the strip from the balcony and it was a short 5-10 minute walk into MGM Grand casino. Host was very communicative and helpful. I would rent again in a heartbeat

The property was exactly as advertised, offered great views and just the right amenities for an extended weekend with ability to easily work onsite and see the sights at night. Will stay again.

The room location in Tower 1 was very convenient to get to our conference at the MGM Grand Arena. The room had all the amenities we needed for our stay. It was nice being able to have the stocked kitchenette. The balcony was nice to have. We were offered a room refresh by housekeeping since we were there for 5 nights, but had plenty of towels and supplies, so we didn't need it. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had. Overall great experience. I would definitely recommend this suite!

In the listing for this condo, everything looked so perfect... as always we were skeptical! Our most difficult time of the entire trip was initially trying to find the entrance to the "Towers Area". (it's on the north side!) The check-in process was seamless and quick. The folks at the front desk are friendly, helpful and efficient. The Valet service for your vehicle follow suit in that they could not be any better. Our car was gone and we were in the condo within about 10 minutes of driving up. Our luggage arrived a couple of minutes later. NOT BAD! The condo is absolutely as it appears in the photos except for the throw pillow in the one chair and the "Covid signage" on the mirror above the bar. It was in great condition and very clean...we had everything that we needed for our 3 day stay. (And we even ate meals there) The bed is very comfortable, the bath complex is laid out really well and the living area is as convenient as one could ask for. The view is as good as one would want. The condo is located in a facility (Tower One) that has just about everything. The location as an appendage to the MGM Grand Hotel is also a feature that should not be overlooked. The lobby of Tower One is about 1/3 of a mile away from the MGM Casino, but you have access by way of enclosed "hallways" that whisk you along (in floor escalators) in a temperature-controlled environment from your room to the casino floor...no need for jackets, umbrellas or sweaters to go out at night. A good choice

Very nice, very clean. Easy check in, beautiful view. Quiet and feels safe inside gates. Minus a star because we did not have enough towels and washcloths for our 3 nights and no way to wash them. Also shower drain is plugged.

I loved that there was no Casino at this property and the room was big, comfortable, clean, and a good location- easy to catch an Uber to other places on the strip.

Terrific room, and pretty good rates considering with the rest of the time was doing this last weekend. Wish there was a place in the building to get a coffee and a snack… But otherwise, it was great
