Lake Tahoe and Carson City are less than an hour away. Guest access The house is self-access, security code and instructions are given to guest prior to arrival. Guest have access to the entire house. The Garage for two cars is available. Other things to note You'll be close to all of the action in Reno. In minutes you can be at the Row which includes Circus Circus, El Dorado and the Silver Legacy Casinos where you can try your luck at gambling or catch a great show. The National Bowling Stadium, where professional bowling tournaments are held, is also located downtown blocks from the Row. The Riverwalk, featuring the Truckee River on one side and world-class restaurants on the other, is a great place to people watch, enjoy a meal, take in the view, and visit a microbrewery or two is just south of the main, downtown area. We come up to Reno every year to celebrate my husbands bday and new years. This was the first year I have used Vrbo for our stay instead of hotel.
I’m so happy we did. The house was great. It was comfortable, clean and close to everything. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed on the nights we wanted to cook. And the owner was good at communicating with me when I had questions. Very happy with our stay.

We had a group of 8 and the house had no shortage of space for everyone. Three king size beds were fantastic and so hard to find in a rental home. The new couch is fantastic!

We rented this home for one week during the time of the annual car event, Hot August Nights. The accommodations were nice. The air conditioner worked well which was important to us knowing the weather would be hot. The home met our needs during our preparation for the event. The garage was important to us so we could safely store our classic car in there as we drove back-and-forth to the activities Reno had to offer. I would gladly stay at this home during next year’s event.

Son goes to UNR, receiving his doctorate and gathering of family wanted to come from out of state to attend. Great location, close to UNR, plenty of bedroom spaces for all of us and a big kitchen for us to entertain some of his friends in addition to our family. The house was clean, prepared for us and extremely pleasant for all of us.

We originally booked the house to accommodate 4 adults and 5 kids. We ended up only traveling with 2 adults and 2 kids. The pictures are beautiful and house is nice but it would have been a tight squeeze had everyone made the trip. The booking and check in were easy and location was good. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the barbecue. When preheating the grease trap caught fire and it took two adults to move the bbq away from the home to prevent a fire. We cleaned the overflowing grease trap after identifying the cause and were able to use the bbq. We did not complain about the issue but we did forget to move the bbq back and received a passive message from the owner after our stay. We explained the issue and apologized for not moving the bbq back and received no more communication regarding our feedback. Hopefully moving forward the cleaners will ensure the bbq is clean and safe to use.

This house was very roomy and we had a great stay. Easy check-in and check-out. It was clean and we would rent again if we needed to stay in the Reno/Sparks area again. Great communication with the owner!

Such a great house! 4 great bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Great towels, 4 great beds to sleep 8 people comfortably. Living room furniture could be better. Kitchen table and bar seats 11 comfortably. We enjoyed our stay!

We needed a place to stay for the weekend to attend a wedding. It was fairly close to the wedding. A quiet neighborhood. The master bedroom and bathroom were very large and the other bedrooms were nice size. The beds were very comfortable.
The only suggestion I would make is to have a more comfortable couch. It was hard and not comfortable to sit on. Because of that we gathered more in the kitchen.

Overall, our stay was quite comfortable. Checkin/out was very simple and having the garage to park in was nice. The house is clean and well kept. It has nice views of the city and is in a fairly quite neighborhood, other than the occasional plane that flies over. The water pressure can be lacking at times when too many people are showering at the same time, but that is the case in most places. Can sleep 3 couples and 2 singles comfortably, or 5 singles (which we had) comfortably plus 2 more singles (not so comfortably) on futon/couches. The location is about a 10-minute drive from the casinos and has a fair number of services/stores nearby. Owner was responsive, easy to work with, and non-intrusive.

Home was clean, spacious, and modern. We enjoyed our stay here with friends while in town for a concert. It’s located about 15 minutes away from most nearby destinations and was easy to get Ubers which ranged from $12-$25.
This home doesn’t have much seating in the living room- there is a small couch that is very uncomfortable and two chairs. Not enough for a 4 bedroom house. Also more pillows would be a plus- one bedroom only had two pillows with decorative shams- no regular pillowcases. Only one hand towel & washcloth in each bathroom too. Also full length mirrors would be nice.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, but this house needs some more “dialing in” to be comfortable.

After several days in a cramped S Lake Tahoe condo, this home was a breath of fresh air. Big rooms, kitchen and great views. Everything in Reno was within 15 min drive and we hit Mt Rose for some riding on a Friday. The drive up was 30 min and Friday afternoons adults ride for 60$. Really you can’t beat this spot.

This home is beautiful. The decor is very nice we loved it. It has everthing you need. Our party of 11 was very comfortable ,the pack and play was a huge bounes for us thank you for having it. The neighborhood is gerat very safe quite and nice and clean. It snowed during our stay and it was very cold out but inside the home was nice and warm thanks to the heating. The view was amazing. Bedding is very clean and quality as well as towls. Overall we loved it and will defintly book again. The host was great as well very responsive. Thank you agian.

Home was nice, location was convenient ; only issue was lack of hand / face bath towels and kitchen towels. There were plenty of large bath towels but only a couple small hand towels. With 7 adults and 2 kids there should be at minimum 1 towel per person. We cooked every night, and we like to keep kitchen clean, so kitchen towels would have been nice. Other than that it was a great place to stay

Great location for any events at University of Reno. House is roomy, comfortable and has very comfortable beds. Large kitchen and plenty of parking for 4 cars. Eugene (host) was very communicative and prompt with responses. Thanks Eugene.

Our group of friends came to Reno for the air races. We had a great stay at this property! It was comfortable and had some homey touches. The house was well-appointed and included everything we needed in the kitchen. We all enjoyed the comfortable beds. Next time we are in Reno we definitely will look to see if this house is available.

We were looking for something close to the university and this was perfect. It’s decorated super chic and cute, and was very clean. They also had coffee, sugar and creamer, which is very important to us as coffee lovers. We would definitely recommend this house and will stay here again in the future.

Overall great location and house; property manager was misleading though.
Overall, the stay at the house was nice. Very spacious, and a great location. My qualm was with the property manager though. He sent me a booklet of rules and process of checking in, the stay, and checking out prior to my stay. The booklet explicitly stated that there was no need to clean up before checking out, so I did not. He later messaged me and charged me extra money for the extra cleanup his cleaning lady had to do. He stated that there was too much laundry. There were 12 people staying in that house for 2 nights (he allowed me one extra guest at an additional charge), so YES, there were a lot of towels that were used and there was a lot of trash. He should have been understanding and expected that beforehand. Why even list your house to stay for 11 people if you are going to be upset that there is a lot of trash and towels at the end? We did not leave the trash scattered everywhere too, we left it in one area of the kitchen for easy take out. I would also like to add that he left 2 trashbags in the entire house for us. If he had really expected us to do the cleaning (even though his booklet said we did not have to) why leave only 2 trashbags? He also inaccurately stated that my group left throw up in the house. We absolutely did not. I thought the property manager was unprofessional, but overall, his house was a nice stay for the weekend.

Perfect house for our stay.
We were in town for a youth baseball tournament. This was the perfect house for us. 4 dads, 4 13 year old boys. The host was very helpful and responsive. House was clean and ready for us when we got off the plane. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Great location in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. All of the furnishings and amenities were exactly what we were looking for. About four minutes from downtown Reno, and that was perfect. Plenty of shopping and resturaunts near by. Eugene had everything in order for us with an easy check in and check out.
