Welcome To Surfside Beach...The Family Beach! You Have Just Found Your Beach Getaway! This Is A Rare 3 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath Condo just across the street from the beach. Only Four Owners/Units In The Building. Relax On The Spacious Covered Porch Or Walk Across The Street To The Beach Access For Time Well Spent Enjoying The Coastline...The Wildlife, The Glistening Blue Atlantic Ocean, The Clean Beaches. Open Kitchen Area Features a Newly Renovated Kitchen with Granite Counter Tops, New Vanities in the bathrooms, New Flooring and Newer Appliances, Ample Seating Between The Dining Table & Extended Peninsula. Full Size Laundry Closet with a New Washer and Dryer. Underneath The Building you Will Find an Outdoor Shower, Seating & Recreation Area.

Everything was so clean and neat! Such a nice house and a minute walk to the beach! Wendy was very good at communicating and telling us everything we needed to know. Would 100% rebook this next year!

We have stayed here a few times now and it’s our favorite place to stay. There are endless restaurants, shops, grocery options nearby, and all accessible by golf cart from this location. We will be back!
