We will never use that villa again & feel robbed.

The weather but not having loungers to lay on we laid on the floor

1-No aircon, 2-everything looked close to breaking, 3.- constant visits by the pool cleaner around midday so couldn’t use the pool for an hour after 4.paid for towels & bedding that were so old that they were like sand paper & the beds weren’t made up when we arrived. 5.flights from London don’t arrive til the evening so we had to travel the day before & stay in a hotel so that we could pick our keys up. 6. On checkout we had our deposit taken for the electric used. 7. We had to buy fans & still had to sleep with the doors open as the villa was so hot.
