The house was perfect for all of our family! Loved the hot tub and the large dinning room table. Plus everyone had their own space too. Paul was great to work with and very responsive to questions.

Overall, this home and what it provides is phenomenal! We had a wonderful time being together and plenty of room to do so! It’s a few minutes from downtown Estes and lots of access to stores and activities. Hope to rent again!!!

Beautiful house centrally located in Estes Park. The amenities are exceptional with a pickle ball court, hot tub and a fun game room. The house was clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

We loved our short time at this property & wish we could’ve enjoyed it more. Location to downtown & the park was perfect. We all loved the game room & we enjoyed watching our boys play basketball while sitting by the fire pit. We also loved the visits from the elk & mule deer.

Perfect location. The proximity to the national park and the town were are great. Peaceful neighborhood! We took full advantage of the hot tub, pickle ball court, and all the basement entertainment. The kitchen is well equipped and convenient to cook, the place was very well cleaned, the bathrooms were very nice and there is plenty of space for a big group. Paul responded immediately to our communications and was consistently helpful and courteous. We enjoyed daily visits from mule deer and elk walking through the yard. Thank you for providing a relaxing atmosphere for us to come back to each night after a day of adventure in the park.

We loved our stay! The pickleball courts were a huge hit. The kids loved the game area downstairs! The cabin was close to town and spacious enough for our family group of 8.

Enjoyed this great home with friends. The house was exactly as described and we enjoyed all of the amenities including the hot tub and game room. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook and host was very communicative. Would recommend for a great place in Estes Park!

Fantastic cabin for a small bachelor party. Really cozy aesthetic in a fantastic location with plenty of room for multiple people. The game room was a cool addition that really separates this location from the rest.

This house was amazing. Great location, clean, well stocked, comfortable beds. We had 6 people and it was comfortable. The infinity game table and 2 other gaming units was a hit!! Would definitely consider this house again when visiting

We had an amazing time spending the holiday weekend together as a family and Paul & his wife's rental was the best ever, it was beautiful had everything we needed. They were very helping during the rental time. We will be staying again.

This property was great for 8 people to stay. Having the bedrooms and bathrooms on three different levels worked well for a three generations visit.

Great family getaway!
From the beginning, our property manager kept the lines of communication open and was very helpful. The size of the home was perfect for our family, giving us lots of "together space" as well as individual privacy. The younger adults enjoyed the hot tub, and we all appreciated seeing deer and elk from our porch!

Great Space, Wonderful Trip
10 people stayed at the property, and we had a wonderful time. Great layout, plenty of room, quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked and had almost everything we needed to cook all our meals. The large dining table allowed for lots of activities, and the couches we’re comfortable for sitting around the very warm gas fire. Downstairs was perfect for the kids to have their own space and not drive the adults crazy. We were able to move right in a be instantly comfortable. We also had great snow and the front yard is a perfect sledding hill with hours of fun for the kids. Deer and elk came through every day.
Only Cons that keep it from a perfect stay: The hot tub needs serious work. It was warm and we used it, but the controls are broken and falling out so it can’t be turned off, and the water was dirty. During our 10 day stay it was never serviced or had the water adjusted. Bummer, because it was one major thing we looked for in a property. We also had no response from the property manager when the drive iced over and we were unable to get one of our cars up the drive. After hours took a message, and no response after. The property is great, but the interior needs some minor attention. Fixing bent coffee table, wobbly chairs, lots of burned out and mismatched lightbulbs, and TVs that aren’t hooked up to anything.
But overall, the space is great and I’d likely stay here again on our next trip to Estes. Perfect for larger family trips. I hope the management company takes the time to really take this property to the next level.

Everything was great except check in i had to message the property owner to send me the code to go in the house i sent the message at 4pm i didn’t get a response till 5:00pm so we ended up checking in till that time. Other than that the house is super clean we had a great time and we all felt super comfortable.

This is not the first time we rented this home as the space is perfect for multiple couples. Unfortunately, none of the TVs were hooked up and the necessary cables were not available. The hot tub was not usable per the note left by management. The kitchen sink faucet was very temperamental and ran a lot even when turned off. The trash can is still broken from 2 years ago (didn't notify the management Co about this). And lastly, fridge did not cool the food and did not make ice. We used ice chests for the food. The freezer worked just not the fridge. The management company was notifed but nothing was done with any of this information. This house is really a great house and I sure hope all of this can be fixed in a timely manner.
