A clean spacious apartment in an excellent location with views of the Nervión River & bridge connecting the new and old town areas together. Apartment is on the first floor, with easy access via stairs or lift. Good kitchen area and equipment along with a couple of pleasant small balconies. Excellent communication with management / owners also appreciated. Close to a local supermarket for those in need of provisions.
Small point, wifi signal was weak; adequate at the back of the apartment, but frequently 'dropped' towards the front.

The location was excellent and the communication with the property was very good. The flat was eclectic and quirky in its design but very interesting. Some evidence of aging but not enough to put you off. Excellent kitchen and facilities and a lovely small balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by.
There was nothing I didn't actually like. Couple of problems in that if you are not of slim to medium build the toilets nay be difficult to access . Improvement I would make is to add a shelf in the ensuite for toiletries, add a shelf holder in both showers to hold your shampoos etc And finally have a long mirror in the flat that everyone can access not just one in the main bedroom.
