Room was not ready upon arrival after check-in time which was a bit of a false start. However,
fast response and upgrade to a more spacious room on the second floor.
Very comfy bed and tastefully decorated room.
Convenient location close to train station.
On site parking
Good price/quality
No coffee cups although a nice espresso machine was available.

Great apartment including kitchenette and facilities. Easy 10 minute walk to train station that got you to Como and other thing we wanted to do.

Beautiful second floor apartment with large lounge/kitchen,nice large bedroom and wonderful period furniture and artwork.
The location was 300m from the rail station(Como Camerlata)which took 5mins into Como san Giovanni station.
Great recommendation from the owner for a beer Keller restaurant 10min walk away which we went to twice amazing food and a large supermarket nearby also.
No kettle☹️as brits we like tea and instant coffee but used the microwave instead.

Awesome apartment and the building. Love everything!
Cot for baby - mattress is very cheap, they should invest in a better one. My baby's comfort is more important then mine.
