Exceptional

Perfect location with as good as ski out and ski in to/from west point. Lovely cabin with very decent standard. Travelling as a group it's well worth the money

Dissapointed with the property and with booking.com

The location

The living area was very small; the photos were very flattering. Most bedrooms had 2 small single beds rather than a double. The master bedroom that did have a double was immediately by the front entrance, had flimsy sliding doors and did not have a wardrobe within the bedroom; so you had to use the wardrobe in the hallway. Further, although we paid for linen/ towels and for all beds to be made, the towels were of the lowest quality and we were charged for 2 beds to be made in rooms where 2 beds made up a double and the bed in the master bedroom was not even made?! Finally, when we returned home, we were contacted by the booking.com’s booking assistant, advising us that we were required to pay 165EUR, because we failed to follow the departure instructions related to cleaning. Given that we had paid for cleaning, I just called the number in the message from booking.com’s booking assistant and spoke to Francesca, who after wasting 10 minutes of my time and the cost of an international call, incredibly had no information on the matter and told me to reply to the message?! So I replied to the message and said “I paid for cleaning, so please provide me with a clear explanation as to why I would need pay extra for cleaning!?”. Booking assistant replied “ I just sent that to Customer Service, someone there will get back to you within 24 hours.”. It’s now been weeks and I’ve heard nothing… clearly because the property was falsely claiming 165EUR & hoping that I would just pay. However, what’s even more disappointing is that Booking.com would just ask me to pay, without looking into the matter and that they would not even have the courtesy to contact me to explain that the matter is closed!! All in all a poor experience with the property and also with Booking.com.

Good

Excellent location. Enough space. Best skilift only 100 meters away.

Dishwasher didn’t work and it was full of dirty dishes. We also found a few dirty cups from the cupboards. Used laundry was left to laundry basket. Leaving that aside it was nice staying, really close to skilift and enough room for 8. Beautiful winterland!
