About this house rental
In the heart of the Loire Valley Castles and at the gateway to the Sologne, enjoy a relaxing break all year round with family or friends in a green setting located in a quiet area away from the village. Detached house of 210m2 (former walnut oil press) on a fully fenced plot.
Renovated in 2015, it consists of:
On the first floor: large living room with fireplace (insert), kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60 m and 1 bed 0.90 m), 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.40 m), billiard room, bathroom, toilet, veranda.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60 m), 1 bedroom (3 beds 0.90 m), shower room with toilet, games/reading area (sofa bed).
Outside: covered terrace with table and garden furniture, large barbecue, children's playground and petanque court.
Rental only by the week (Saturday to Saturday) during the spring and summer holidays.
