Apartment located a 7-minute walk from the beach and downtown Morgat, a charming seaside resort in Finistère, with its shops, boutiques, and restaurants.
It is located on the upper floor of the Morgat Surf House. You’ll be the only guests and will have access to a large, fenced-in garden measuring 1,800 m².
Very bright and spacious, this apartment features two bedrooms with built-in closets and wardrobes: the first has a double bed (140 x 190), and the second has bunk beds consisting of a double bed (140 x 200) and a single bed (90 x 200).
You can enjoy a view of the landscaped garden with trees from the balcony adjoining the living room and bedrooms.
The open, fully equipped kitchen with a central island opens onto a large living room featuring built-in closets and a dining table. You’ll also have access to a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
A laundry room located on the first floor completes this accommodation.
The south-facing Morgat Surf House also features a private, enclosed parking area, an outdoor shower, and a shed for storing bikes, strollers, surfboards, etc.
A barbecue, lounge chairs, outdoor games, and three bikes are also at your disposal.
The house is also located near surf spots, hiking trails, and the beautiful beaches of Crozon.
Bed linens, towels, dish towels, and bath mats are provided.
