The building is situated in the historic center of Naples, in the 19th-century “Museo” neighborhood, just a short walk from the city’s most important landmarks, including: the National Archaeological Museum; the Principe di Napoli Gallery; the Academy of Fine Arts; the Bellini Theater; Piazza Bellini; Piazza Dante; the famous Via Toledo; and the Rione Sanità. Furthermore, from the nearby Porta Alba and Santa Maria di Costantinopoli, you can reach the Decumani—designated an UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1995—in just a few minutes.
Metro Lines 1 and 2 connect the historic center with all the city’s key locations. There are 15 stops on Line 1 known as “Art Stations” due to the artwork that characterizes them.
In the neighboring Montesanto district, you’ll find the Montesanto Funicular, which connects the historic center to the hilly Vomero/San Martino neighborhood, as well as the Cumana Line to the Phlegraean area.
Given its location and features, the apartment is the ideal base for a cultural journey to discover the city’s immense historical and artistic treasures.
Residenze Pessina is about a 30-minute taxi ride from Capodichino Airport (a fixed-rate fare is recommended). The Central Train Station is accessible in about 13 minutes via Metro Lines 1 (Museo or Dante stations) and 2 (Cavour station); there are also Buses 147, 184, 204, 602, and C16, as well as taxis near the MANN and Piazza Dante.

Our apartment was spacious, well designed and immaculate cleaned inside.
The Archaeological Museum is a 5 minute walk. A cab stand and Metro are nearby.. anminuminute walk.
