ORIGINAL WOODEN FLOORS AND STAIRS, area of approximately 80m2, with a SMALL SIDE SEA VIEW from the 1st floor and a SOUTH FACING GARDEN sheltered from the wind.

PRIVILEGED location, 150 m from the BEACH, behind the tourist office.
At the same time ALMOST WITH YOUR FEET IN THE WATER (you can hear the sea when you are in the garden) and in the HYPER-HYSTORIC CENTER
Everything is ACCESSIBLE immediately ON FOOT 2 minutes away: the Esplanade and its restaurants as well as the SHOPS of Berck Plage (crossroads Market, Rue Carnot) and the market.
The SEAL BEACH is a 15-minute walk away.
It is also our FAMILY holiday home with PAINTINGS PAINTED by my grandfather who was a former BERCKOIS.
We wanted to keep this slightly vintage charm while bringing the comfort of modern homes

1) DESCRIPTION:
- 3 LARGE BEDROOMS, completely renovated, each with a different THEME. Bamboo, Marine and Maasai, 1 on the first floor opening onto the garden (2 beds of 90×190 adjoined) and 2 with television.
-1 FULLY EQUIPPED DINING KITCHEN with ALL MODERN EQUIPMENT, 1 solid teak table and 2 benches
- 1 separate toilet on the first floor
- 1 LARGE BATHROOM upstairs, bathtub, shower mixer, washing machine,
- 1 LIVING ROOM, television, DVD player, 2 sofas, ottomans, 1 coffee table, board games, books.
To ACCESS the bathroom, you have to GO THROUGH the BEDROOM on the 1st side of the garden (see photo).
No independent entrance.
ROLLER SHUTTERS in all rooms, CURTAINS and DOUBLE CURTAINS + thermal blackout curtains.
FOR CHILDREN:

- BABY BATH
-SAFETY BARRIER,

can be provided upon request.

2) PRICES AND OPTIONS:
1. Due to the change in legislation we CAN NO LONGER INCLUDE HOUSEHOLD LINEN OR CLEANING
You will therefore be asked to BRING YOUR BED LINEN, TOWELS and TEA TOWELS.
We CAN EXCEPTIONALLY "HELP" YOU.
Likewise, we will ask you to return the house in IMPECCABLE condition and to DO THE END OF STAY CLEANING
2. AS SOON AS YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATION ON THE SITE, A RENTAL CONTRACT WILL BE SENT TO YOU (in accordance with French legislation). TO BE SENT BACK TO ME SIGNED WITHIN 24 HOURS.
PS: We are PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS. We only rent this house WITHOUT CONCIERGERIE and in a "boarding house" spirit, as was done in Berck "in the past".

La maison est très bien située, proche de tout mais surtout de la mer. Elle dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. Nous avons profité de la terrasse, c’est un plus. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, dépaysant. Nous avons fait de belles balades les pieds dans l’eau. Ce sera un plaisir d’y séjourner à nouveau.
