I loved the general vibe, the location, the friendly and accommodating staff. The room was a nice size, good facilities including air conditioning and a TV. And it was very good value for money in terms of the location. The hotel is just off the main thoroughfare, close enough to walk to everywhere, but still quite quiet.
The walls in the room are due a lick of paint, and the water pressure in the shower is very very low.

Room was great, amazing location and really easy to find! Host was super friendly and I could store my luggage for a few hours after check out. Would stay again!

Wonderful location, just down a small alleyway in the heart of Pisa old town. This is an old building so you need to walk up steps, but that is normal for this type of location. Super friendly people, couldn't have been nicer, I chatted to all in the corridors. My room was full of character - lovely and clean bathroom en suite, super comfy bed, Wifi worked well. Real sense of being in the heart of the city but very quiet as down the alleyway. Just loved it.
Um.... well you need to know that in an old building of this type there isn't a lift, so you carry your bags upstairs. Otherwise honestly I can't think of anything - I loved it.

+ Traditional and cosy rooms
+ Good location in city centre
+ A/C
+ Clean
+ Affordable
- The mattress needs replacing and only one thin pillow provided
- Poor internet signal, repeatedly disconnected
- Doors are paper thin with gaps so sound travels easily
