Un de nos plus mauvais séjour
- Le système de douche était cassé impossible d'utiliser la douchette
- Impossible de régler la température de l'eau correctement soit elle est froide soit elle les brûlantes
- impossible de lire les informations sur le panneau de contrôle contrôle du Jacuzzi nous avons donc renoncer à l'utiliser
-on nous a signalé la possibilité de se parquer dans la cour intérieure ce qui est complètement faux le matin nous n'avons pas pu repartir car des voitures nous bloquait et c'est suite à des discussions avec des copropriétaires et on s'excusant auprès de eux que nous avons pu libérer l'appartement.
- les photos de l'annonce sont très belles mais elles représentent absolument pas la réalité l'appartement est très mal ventilé et une permanente persiste.
Je des conseils cet appartement dans ces conditions

A FUIR ABSOLUMENT
Le jacuzzi est cool, mais que ne pourrez en prendre qu'un par jour parce que le ballon d'eau chaude est trop petit pour plus.
Ma femme et moi sommes partis après 5h tellement rien n'allait, surtout le comportement inacceptable de la propriétaire.
On arrive :
- Pas de papier toilette
- Pas de torchon
- Pas de code wifi à disposition (il fallait trouver la box et la décrocher du mur pour y accéder !)
- Pas de tapis de bain
- Pas de capsule de café pour la machine
- La porte de la salle de bain ne ferme pas (le montant gondolé gêne la fermeture)
- Bonus : l'appartement est au bord d'une route extrêmement passante, nous entendons chaque voiture passer, soit environ toutes les 5 secondes.
Nous prévenons la propriétaire, qui envoie quelqu'un pour régler le problème dans la demi-heure, Jusqu'ici ça n'est pas idéal, mais ce sont des choses qui arrivent.
Je décide ensuite de prendre une douche, en moins de 2 minutes la salle de bain est INONDÉE, l'eau coule jusque dans le salon. Il y a clairement une énorme fuite.
Je préviens la propriétaire, qui me répond : "C est bien la première fois que cela arrive, je sens que votre séjour va être compliqué"
Je lui demande gentiment de venir constater le problème, ce à quoi elle nous répond : "Y a pas de problème monsieur, si l appartement ne vous conviens pas, je vous invite à partir immédiatement. Je procéderait au remboursement. Je vous avais dit que votre séjour allait être compliqué".
Entre temps, nous regardons les commentaires et nous nous rendons comptes que la propriétaire répond aux moins bonnes notes de façon extrêmement désagréable et insultante.
Nous comprenons donc que la propriétaire n'a clairement pas l'intention de reconnaître ses tords et nous décidons, étant donné qu'elle nous y poussait, à quitter l'appartement et accepter le remboursement.
Quelle surprise de constater que nous n'avons été remboursés que de 20% du montant de la location !
