The 100 qm² semi-detached house features, on the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen (stove with ceramic cooktop, oven,
dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer), a living room with a dining table and TV (including Netflix and Sky), SKY package (movies, sports, Bundesliga), Blu-ray player,
, and a guest shower/restroom.
The property also offers Wi-Fi.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms—2 with double beds and 1 with single beds—all with TVs, a full bathroom with a toilet, and a washer and dryer.
For our younger guests, we provide a travel crib and a high chair.
The terrace with its adjoining garden faces southwest toward the sun.
The apartment is located in a quiet area, just 150 meters from Strandstraße with its shops and restaurants, and about 300 meters from the pier and the wide sandy beach.
There are 2 parking spaces on the property.
