Three of us stayed in this house for a convention at the convention center. It was perfect. I walked back one evening. It was an easy walk. Most of the time we took Uber. It was nice to have a kitchen and living room and not be staying in a hotel room.

The place was newly remodeled. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us staying there to visit my son at U of U. We walked over to Trolley Square which was nice. The place had bottled water and popcorn which was extremely nice and very much needed when we arrived late coming from the east coast.

We loved our stay at this quaint cottage, awesome kitchen and plenty of room for the family to spread out. Great location, close to everything we needed and the manager was easily contactable. Thanks for having us all the way from Australia xx

Everything was very nice however I did not realized it was a pet friendly home As a result there were Airwick plug ins that I personally can’t stand . The owner responded quickly but it takes time for the intensity of the scent to dissipate . We survived I’ll know next time to be aware

Perfect place for my friends and I to enjoy a girls weekend. Close to downtown and other amenities! It's a must stay place, thinking if our group stays the same size of booking it again next year!!!!

It was a very comfortable stay and I highly recommend this place if you are planning a visit to SLC.

Exactly what we hoped for. Quiet residential area with a great park nearby. Nice neighbour's. House was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Our pups had a safe gated yard to play. We loved it (likely our favorite) and will definately return.

Very happy with our stay SLC. My family and I really enjoyed the house, it was clean and perfect size for us. It was convenient to restaurants, downtown, and other locations we wanted to visit. The only thing we were disappointed about was the exterior of the house which was unkept and desperately needed poop pickup. But we felt very comfortable taking our dog on neighborhood walks instead of using the yards.

I was very happy to find an affordable rental in SLC. The house was a nice size and very comfortable for our family of four. We'll definitely consider staying there again.

Family Trip to Aquarium & Lagoon
This home was clean with updated finishes and had everything we needed for four adults and three little kids. It was a good location for our trip to the aquarium and Lagoon. There are restaurants and a Whole Foods within walking distance. In full disclosure, we were a bit nervous upon pulling up to the property, there is an old abandoned building next door and a women’s homeless shelter multiple blocks down. The home was quiet and we always felt safe. We even chatted with the very friendly next door neighbors for almost an hour. They said the old building used to be a lettuce packing facility. The property manager was great at communicating and providing a pack n play and baby monitor- even when we forgot to request it in advance. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here because my daughter had heart surgery at U of U. So there was a total of 5 of us, including 3 boys from 5-10. The location is close to downtown and just about anything you can want. It’s also close to Liberty Park and the zoo. Two streets over (900 S) has a bunch of cute shops and restaurants.
You can tell that the owners care about providing a quality home. It’s obviously an older home with a few quirks but its been nicely remodeled. We loved our time here and felt so comfortable. It was awesome to have the basement so the boys down to play in away from the adults! The beds were super comfortable. Two of the rooms are big enough for a portable crib or air mattresses. The bathrooms have nice finishes. One of the showers is large enough for 2 people easy. The kitchen is super nice with soft closes and very bright lighting. It’s equipped with almost anything you can want including an air fryer, coffee maker, blender, etc. It’s not cast off dishes, pans, etc like you might find in other rentals. The owner was super prompt in responding to anything we needed. We definitely will stay here again!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!
