About this apartment rental
This centrally located 2-room apartment is suitable for two people and is situated right in the heart of Westerland. The nearest beach access is about 150 meters away; the Sylter Welle, numerous restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, and parking spaces (for a fee) are all in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and features a bright living room with a TV and dining area. From here, you can step out onto the sunny south-facing balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture and offers a beautiful ocean view across the Friedrichstraße promenade. The compact, modern kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, is fully equipped. The double bed and an additional TV in the adjoining bedroom invite you to relax after an idyllic day at the beach. The “Meeresrauschen” vacation apartment features a bathroom with a shower and a separate guest restroom. Free Wi-Fi and an elevator are available (the elevator is accessible via a few steps). Pets are welcome.

Kann ich jedem empfehlen,eine super schöne Wohnung.Mit allem da das Herz begehrt.Sehr Zentral,mit fast den ganzen Tag Sonne auf dem Balkon und sogar einen Blick auf das Mehr.

Topp Lage, alles (Einkäufe und Restaurants) sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, leider kein PKW Stellplatz, konnten aber in einer Seitenstraße (ca. 400m) kostenlos parken, haben das Auto auch drei Wochen lang nicht benutzt

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet worden, wir haben uns alle sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Praktisch fanden wir, dass die Wohnung bei dieser Größe über 2 WC‘s verfügt. Einen Parkplatz gibt es wohl nicht zu dieser Unterkunft, aber wir haben immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz außerhalb der zu zahlenden Parkzone gefunden.
Und natürlich nicht zu vergessen die Top-Lage direkt auf der Friedrichstraße mitten im Geschehen und mit nur ein paar Metern bis zum Strand. So lieben wir es!!!!
