Spend a great holiday on the French Riviera, in the picturesque village of Mougins at Villa Rosa - our superb neo-Provençal villa with a breathtaking view of the Esterel mountains. 10 minutes drive from the center of Cannes and some of the best beaches on the French Riviera.

- 7 minutes to the hilltop old village of Mougins with its restaurants, art galleries and narrow lanes dating back to the 16th century.
- 15 minutes from la Croisette in Cannes and other beaches by car.
The house has 5 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, double beds and beautiful light oak parquetry floors.
Upstairs, 2 spacious bedrooms each with ensuites equipped with shower and toilet.
2 other bedrooms and a separate bathroom with bath/shower and toilet.
On the ground floor, 1 master bedroom with full ensuite bathroom and separate dressing room. Semi-open kitchen opening onto a large sunlit living room with dining table and lounge area around a working chimney insert. The living room opens onto the terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
The kitchen also overlooks a large closed veranda area, perfect for afternoon reading out of the summer heat or a great place for drinks or family meals at lunch or in the evening. The veranda is equipped with a large table and 8 chairs
Beautiful planted garden. Swimming pool (10x5 meters), Ping Pong table, trampoline, BBQ, fitness equipment and space to park at least 3 cars.
Cleaning 3 x times a week or more on request and bed linen included.
