The villa was clean and comfortable. Josh, on reception was always welcoming, helpful and insightful.
The hotel was quiet, relaxing and had the personal touches that you don't receive from other hotels.
It was far enough from the hustle and bustle of the main town but close enough to walk to. Be mindful that to walk to the hotel there is a short, steep climb. This can be done by steps or via road. There is the number 5 bus that you can take from the train station that goes passed the end of the road where the villa is located. The bus also circles the town below, so accessible for those who struggle with hills.
It was a very relaxing few days. The pool and pool area was clean and a great space to completely switch off from everything. I would definitely rebook this hotel again.
The bathrobes were only one size, small. So they did not cover either me or my partner which was a little disappointing.
My partner also made reference on a number of occasions to the lack of plug sockets in the room. There were only two plug sockets and a USB plug. If you are visiting and have a number of appliances to plug in, I suggest traveling with a short extension lead that has a number of sockets.

Everything was very good and exceeded our expectations. Superb room, very comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff could not do enough for us, they were all extremely helpful beyond expectations. Location was central with only 12 minutes walk to the centre of Como.
Beware if you have problems with steep steps, there are lots of steps to reach the centre of town. WiFi was a bit slow at times, but acceptable.

One of the best places we stayed in our Italy trip. I wish we would’ve stayed here for more than 1 night. From the start we arrived earlier than the booking check in and we got checked in right away by reception. He was so lovely , explained all the places around the lake , where we should go , recommendations, how to walk into town. Then we got our keys and he showed us into our room and wow the room was amazingly clean , we got surprised and told that water was drinkable from tap as they had filter system and i can say the water tasted amazing! The beds were so comfortable, the ac worked perfectly , the breakfast was a sheet that we had to fill out the day before with times and it was all perfect. The pool was so refreshing , all guests seemed quiet and everyone was so polite . Great staff and accommodation! Also to note I have never seen this in any other place we have ever stayed at but when we came back from our night in lake como in the reception we found a cute note with little snacks and drinks saying they are complimentary and we can have them if we like and also sunscreen that’s complimentary , i have never ever seen that and it was such a unexpected cute touch.
Everything XD . The staff was amazing , the rooms were amazing , the pool and food were amazing . Honestly one of my favourite places i have stayed. Great location to walk into Lake Como town. Would really recommend!
