About this apartment rental
Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this spacious, rural vacation rental on the outskirts of Lindau. It offers a wonderful view across the vineyards—which border the expansive property—all the way to Lake Constance and the Alps. This bright, 3-room apartment on the 1st floor features two bedrooms and is furnished in a modern and stylish manner, with an emphasis on high-quality materials.
You’ll find a modern apartment with a kitchen, dining and living area, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms with double beds. The blackout curtains in the bedrooms ensure a restful and peaceful night’s sleep.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, toaster, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, and plenty of dishes.
A bathroom with a bathtub and shower, another bathroom with a shower, and a separate restroom provide all the comfort you need for your stay. The accommodations are ideal for both couples and families.
This allergy-friendly, non-smoking property features high-quality flooring in all rooms.
On the balcony, you can enjoy the view while having breakfast or an evening aperitif. A special vantage point at the upper end of the property is also available for balmy, convivial summer nights.
Upon arrival, you’ll find amenities such as freshly made beds, folded hand towels and dish towels, and a starter kit with cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene supplies. Final cleaning, bed linens, and one set of hand towels per person are included. The visitor’s tax is charged separately and remitted to the municipality.
Wi-Fi, parking, and bicycle storage are provided free of charge.
You can check in and out 7 days a week. Thanks to the key safe on site, late check-in is also no problem.

Wir durften im September 10 Tage Gast in dieser sehr großzügigen, sauberen und gemütlichen Wohnung sein. Der Ersteindruck der Hausansicht täuscht, von der sehr neu gestalteten Ferienwohnung im I. Stock. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Augenblick , sehr wohl. Nennenswert ist die ruhige Umgebung, die wir bewusst gewählt hatten. Preis / Leistung absolut gerechtfertigt. Nennenswert die sehr gute Betreuung durch die Agentur

Sehr gut ausgestattete, saubere, gr Wohnung in einem 2. Familienhaus mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge, sehr ruhig gelegen, direkt am Radweg, Bushaltestellen nur ein paar Metern entfernt. Liegt außerhalb von Lindau, was wir aber bewusst so wollten. Schöne Natur in dieser Umgebung.
Leider keine Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder, die einzige, kleine Kritik.
Kommunikation mit der Vermittlungsfirma sehr angenehm, Eigentümer haben wir keine wahrgenommen im Haus.
Das Haus sieht von außen nicht perfekt aus aber das täuscht! Die Wohnung macht einen neuen Eindruck und ist absolut empfehlenswert! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
