Nestled in Telluride, this lovely house for $456 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome to Lulu City, an AvantStay home! Across the street from the base of Lift #7 and a 10-minute walk from downtown, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is a great value. Enter the condo from an interior stairwell, from the ground level using the door labeled 5bl. Directly to your right when you walk thru the door is a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combination and granite countertops. Across the hall from the bathroom, you’ll find the second bedroom with a queen bed and basic TV and the third bedroom with a queen bed and TV. Upstairs in the living room is a small flat-screen TV with Roku and DVD, CD stereo, iPod dock, queen sofa-sleeper, and views to the west of the Valley Floor and north to the ridge. Open to the living room is the dining area which seats seven, and a full kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a walk-through layout. You'll find the internet modem/wifi router at the phone in the kitchen. Also on this floor is the master bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. This bathroom is also accessible from the hall. Downstairs you'll find the second bedroom with a queen bed and basic TV. Across that hall is the third bedroom with a queen bed and TV. Ski lockers are located indoors on the ground level Being located just across Pacific Avenue and the San Miguel River from the base of Lift #7, ski access is a short walk away. The historic downtown is accessible by a 10-minute walk or by free in-town shuttle which stops just outside. ​​​​​​​AvantStay provides an upscale experience with services that elevate your stay and save time so you can enjoy every moment. Whether it’s fridge stocking or in-home massages, AvantStay offers a variety of upgrades & experiences to enhance your stay. *Home Truths:* - There is no A/C at this property. - Please note that there is a communal hot tub and heated pool available for guest use all year round. - This home features a sleeper sofa. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates. - Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm. Parking Details: Street parking for one vehicle is provided near condo. Once checked in you will be registered for street parking pass. A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed w/ Ensuite Bedroom 2 / Queen bed Bedroom 3 / Queen bed Living Area / Sleeper sofa --- Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. We travelled to telluride for our nieces wedding. We were so pleased to see how convenient this property was to transportation to the gondola ( wedding was at Allfreds) And how easy it was to get into town or over to mountain village. We weren’t planning to ski but once we saw how easy it was to get to rentals and the lifts from the unit we took a day to enjoy it he slopes. This was a perfect location to enjoy all of both telluride and mountain village had to offer by just walking to the corner and getting on the Galloping Goose. The unit was well maintained and we loved the heating unit by the coat and boot area.

Very convenient to the slopes. just a short walk to lift 7. Also not a bad walk to restaurants and shops. Unit was very nice with lots of room for 6 adults. We’ll stocked kitchen..
