Across the street from the base of Lift #7 and a 10-minute walk from downtown, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is a great value. Enter the condo from an interior stairwell, from the ground level using the door labeled 5bl. Directly to your right when you walk thru the door is a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combination and granite countertops. Across the hall from the bathroom, you’ll find the second bedroom with a queen bed and basic TV and the third bedroom with a queen bed and TV. Upstairs in the living room is a small flat-screen TV with Roku and DVD, CD stereo, iPod dock, queen sofa-sleeper, and views to the west of the Valley Floor and north to the ridge. Open to the living room is the dining area which seats seven, and a full kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a walk-through layout. You'll find the internet modem/wifi router at the phone in the kitchen. Also on this floor is the master bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. This bathroom is also accessible from the hall. Downstairs you'll find the second bedroom with a queen bed and basic TV. Across that hall is the third bedroom with a queen bed and TV. Ski lockers are located indoors on the ground level Being located just across Pacific Avenue and the San Miguel River from the base of Lift #7, ski access is a short walk away. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
