About this house rental
The attic apartment, with 40 m² of living space, was partially renovated in 2016/17.
It is located on the second floor and features a double bedroom, a bedroom with two separate beds, a new bathroom, an entryway, a kitchen-living room, a small balcony, and a parking space.
In the kitchen-living room, you’ll find a seating area, a pull-out couch, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, refrigerator, cutlery, dishes, and a coffee maker.
At the playground, you’ll find several seating areas, lounge chairs, and a charcoal grill.
If needed, we’ll be happy to provide a crib and a high chair.
A deposit of 20% of the rental price is required to confirm your booking.
In the event of a cancellation, the daily rate for the first night will be retained as a cancellation fee.

In our lovingly designed vacation village, we offer 5 different vacation apartments and 8 bungalows right on the farm, featuring many petting animals, a large playground, and our very own swimming beach on Lake Klopeiner See.

Discover the diversity of our vacation region while hiking in the surrounding mountains.

The vacation apartments in the farmhouse and the bungalows are equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, and our baker provides you with fresh pastries daily.
