Great location. Warm welcome. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was large enough; all facilities in a good condition.
Tasty breakfast (must to try their pastry!).
Very friendly cat :)
For those who arrive with a car - not a lot of parking space next to the entrance. However, it isn't a big problem - you just need to unload your stuff near the main door and move the car about 30-50 meters. On the way back, they helped us to get luggage to a car.

The hostal is very nicely put and the location is incredible. The staff are very welcoming, they try their best to make the experience as good as possible and they also provide information about the city and surrounding areas. While it is not a party hostal the living room allows for the Travellers to meet each other in an organic way, I loved that. Ended up making nice friends with fellow Travellers and enjoying Berat a lot. Thank you very much guys, looking forward to go back some time

Wonderful check in, great facilities, fantastic service.
Lovely breakfast and welcome.
They even provide shampoo, towel and cold water.
The young lady behind reception is fantastic!
Unfortunately two people who I room shared with were very noisy at 1am and 4am.
Maybe the hostel could have a word with people when checking in asking people not to pack their bags at 1am with the light on, and people should only be allowed to have the alarm go off once rather than keep snoozing for 45 minutes at 4am.
Not the hostel fault

Great location; fabulous, friendly, and knowledgeable staff; excellent breakfast; social atmosphere and plenty of communal space to chill and chat; range of ages among the guests; clean bathrooms and hot shower; resident cat.
The dorm was just a little cramped when fully occupied because of bags and belongings. A few hooks for towels and coats would be a good addition.
