With space for up to 12 guests, this property is perfect for a large family or group of friends. Conveniently located near the Village and Slopes, you'll have easy access to all that Big Bear Lake has to offer. The Space: 1st Bedroom on the second floor features a comfortable huge King Bed and twin daybed with pull out trundle. Bedroom has a romantic gas fireplace, a desk and a private large front deck. Has its own ensuite bathroom with beautiful views of the lake. 2nd Bedroom on the second floor has also a Huge King Bed and access to the back deck. 3rd Bedroom on the second floor has a Queen Bed and ensuite bathroom with glass enclosed shower. 4th bedroom on main floor offers 2 comfortable Queen Beds. 5th bedroom on main level is located in the second living area with a Twin Day Bed and pull out trundle and a futon. Amazing views of the lake. Barn doors close off the dining room for added privacy. We provide all soaps, toilet paper, towels. Kitchen supplies including a starter supply of a roll of paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwashing soap. Bathroom 1: (Master Second floor) Beautiful views of the lake in the clawfoot tub. Large shower, dual vanity, and sitting area. Entry into the large master closet with chaise. Bathroom 2: (Second Floor) Tiled shower with rainfall shower head. Single vanity. Bathroom 3: (Second Floor in bedroom 3) Tiled shower, single vanity. Bathroom 4: (Main level) Large tiled shower, single vanity. Living Room 1: Open to main entrance hall. Oversized leather sectional, gas fireplace, with a 70” smart Samsung TV Living Room 2 (Bedroom 5): Located just off the dining room. Pool/bar -Located off main entry hall. Antique pool table, poker table, and board games. With a large bar top for all your delicious concoctions. Direct access to back yard and spa. Kitchen: Located off main entry hall. Full sized fridge, chefs gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Fully stocked with all utensils, cookware and dishware. Dining Room: Also located off the main entry hall and kitchen. Lake views, access to front patio. Dining table seats 12 comfortably, with 6 dining chairs and a large bench. Laundry Room: Just off the kitchen. Full sized HE front load washer dryer. Sitting Area: (Second floor) Overlooks main living area. Two armed chairs, bar cart, direct access to front deck. Game Loft: (Third floor) Foosball, 42" smart Tv, futon, and 2 chairs to view the lake. Direct access to rooftop deck. The amazing house has 4 different deck/patio areas! Rooftop deck: (Third floor) Breath taking views of Big Bear Lake. Propane fire pit, and outdoor couches. Second level front- Access from Master bedroom and from sitting loft. Views the lake Second level back-Access from bedroom 2 & 3. Main level- Access from dining room and front door. Views driveway and lake. Yard -Fully fenced in back area. Dining table for up to 12 guests. 8 person spa, and propane grill. Parking: Parking for up to 4 vehicles in driveway. (garage is locked, for owner use only). NOTE: We cannot allow any pets. This is a pet free home due to allergies. We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in. House is vigorously cleaned before your arrival. Big Bear Lake License #VRR-2022-1696 Guest Access: Driveway parking only. No garage parking. The Neighborhood: Cabin is located across the street from the lake. Close to Village and Slopes. Beautiful views. Getting Around: Car is recommended but Big Bear does have Uber and Taxi Service.
