Very close to station, bustling street with great food and drinks, waterfront and boats are also very close. Short walk to the beach. The check in and check out very easy. Lucy was exceptionally kind and accommodating, helped us out of her way.
Everything is perfect. We had 5 piece of heavy luggage so only the 6-7 steps before elevator we had to lift. Luckily I am very strong so could carry. But normal person doesn’t carry as much luggage as me.

Hotel are good enough for short stay only, location are very convenient and very safe. maybe we are happier when we got a same room in same building!
Parking are very expensive ( i know it’s not hotel problem )
Breakfast location is near enough but the crew/server are very mean…. seems like they don’t want to serve guests from hotel….

Very good location, literally 5 min walk to the train station in one direction and 5 min walk to the ferries (going to amalfi, positano and etc) in another direction. Lots of cafes and shops around. The room was very spacious and clean. Had a kettle, plates, mugs and simple utensils. Breakfast is served in a coffee shop across the building (30 second walk). Nothing fancy though: a hot drink and a dessert (a croissant or any bagel). In any way enough to keep your tummy full for another 2-3 hours.
shades in the balcony don’t function properly, which would be ok if there wasn’t a residential building just across. They should either be fixed or an indoor curtain must be added, which is not an expensive feature. Other than this, everything else was OK.

The only things I liked were the good water pressure in the shower, the very hot water, the comfortable bed, and the good location.
First of all, the accommodation I booked did not match what I was provided with. When I made the reservation, the pictures showed a different room with a king-size bed and a sea view. However, upon arrival, I was given a completely different room.
The room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom was dirty, with various stains.
Another major issue was the excessive noise. There was a lot of noise from the street, both in the evening and at night. In addition, we could hear everything our neighbors were saying and doing, as if they were in our own room. This made it very difficult to relax and sleep comfortably.
