Grande Platano is a spacious and bright apartment with a private patio, strategically located on the border between Sant’Agnello and Sorrento, just a short distance from the city and approximately 5 minutes by car from Sorrento town centre. It is an ideal choice for families, couples and groups of up to 6 guests looking to explore the Sorrento Peninsula while enjoying generous living spaces, privacy and a peaceful outdoor area all to themselves.



From the moment you enter, the apartment feels spacious, airy and filled with natural light. The large living room is the heart of the home, designed for spending time together and relaxing after a day of exploring. It features a comfortable double sofa bed, a large Smart TV, a dining area and direct access to the patio. The fully equipped kitchen connects naturally with the living space and provides everything needed to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner during your stay.



The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, both with direct access to the private outdoor space. The double bedroom offers a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, while the second bedroom features two single beds, making it particularly suitable for families or groups of friends. Wooden furnishings, practical storage space and quality bed linen complete the comfortable and functional interiors.



Guests have access to two bathrooms: one full bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, plus a second service bathroom with toilet and bidet, offering extra convenience when the apartment is shared by several guests.



One of Grande Platano’s greatest features is undoubtedly its outdoor space. A large private patio surrounds the apartment, creating a peaceful and secluded setting away from the bustle of the surrounding area. Furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers, it is perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors, sharing a meal or simply unwinding after a day spent exploring Sorrento and the coast. Surrounded by greenery, the patio has a relaxed and authentic atmosphere, and you may occasionally spot a local cat wandering through the outdoor area.



Grande Platano is also equipped with air conditioning, fast and stable Wi-Fi suitable for remote working and streaming, a Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Bed linen is provided, together with a set of two towels per guest — one face towel and one bath towel — as well as a courtesy kit including soap, shampoo and toilet paper.



The location offers an excellent balance between tranquillity and convenience. Situated between Sant’Agnello and Sorrento, the apartment provides easy access to local services, restaurants and public transport, many of which can also be reached on foot. Sorrento is very close, with its town centre approximately 5 minutes away by car, making Grande Platano an excellent base for exploring the Sorrento Peninsula and the surrounding destinations.



For guests travelling by car, a private parking space can be reserved a short distance from the apartment. Paid street parking is also available in the surrounding area. Both options are subject to availability.



Check-in is carried out in person by a member of our staff, who will meet you directly at the apartment. For this reason, guests are required to communicate and arrange their approximate arrival time in advance.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Arrivals between 8:30 PM and 11:30 PM are subject to a €30 late check-in fee, while arrivals between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM are subject to a €50 fee. Late check-in fees must be paid in cash upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.



At check-in, a valid identity document will be required for each guest in order to complete the mandatory registration with the relevant Italian authorities.



The tourist tax required by the Municipality of Sant’Agnello is €4 per person per night, subject to any updates introduced by the local authorities. It applies from April to October and must be paid in cash upon arrival. Exemptions for minors may apply in accordance with current local regulations.
