Our 50-square-meter "Seeblick" vacation apartment in Winterberg-Niedersfeld is lovingly and modernly furnished—perfect for a relaxing getaway for two. The open-concept living and kitchen area invites you to unwind: A cozy couch and a large smart TV ensure relaxing evenings after an eventful day. In the fully equipped kitchenette, you’ll find everything you need: a microwave, oven, stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher. Kitchen linens are, of course, provided for you. In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed with two separate mattresses, as well as your own TV. The newly redesigned bathroom features a shower, toilet, and a towel warmer—ideal for a relaxing start to the day. Free Wi-Fi and a free parking space are, of course, also available to you. Look forward to peace and relaxation right from the start: the vacation rental is located in a particularly quiet setting. A real highlight is the sunny balcony with stunning views of the lake, the mountains, and the town of Niedersfeld. Lake Hillebach is right nearby and easily accessible on foot—perfect for walks, relaxation, or a little break by the water. Thanks to the central location, you can quickly reach hiking trails, bike paths, and the highlights around Winterberg—ideal for active vacationers and nature lovers. Enjoy the magnificent view of Lake Hillebach and the surrounding mountain landscape. Idyllically situated, Lake Hillebach offers a wide range of activities, including a swimming cove, water skiing, and playgrounds for all ages. The village features a farm stand, a supermarket, a bakery, a gas station, and several restaurants and snack bars. The Brasserie am Kleehagen and the restaurant at Hotel Niedersfeld are within walking distance. Many events in the area—for example, in Winterberg, about 8 km away—invite you to enjoy some pleasant hours and linger a while. In addition, the vacation apartments are an ideal starting point for leisurely hikes on the Rothaarsteig as well as cycling and mountain biking tours. You can reach the Fort Fun amusement park, the Bruchhauser Steine, or the Ramsbeck visitor mountain in about 15–20 minutes. The towns of Brilon, Willingen, and Schmallenberg are also great suggestions for a nice day trip. The nearest ski lift (Eschenberg) is 3 km away, and the Winterberg ski area is 9 km away. The new vacation apartments are suitable for 2 people and feature one bedroom (double bed) and a spacious living-sleeping area (sleep sofa). Free parking and Wi-Fi are available. This fee is not included in the rental price and must be paid before arrival. One pet is allowed for a fee of 8.50 EUR per pet per night. A crib can be provided upon request for a fee of 25 EUR per stay. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over on-site and by arrangement.
