As a general rule, the arrival is set for 3 pm and the departure for 10 am.
For the weekend, arrival is from 2pm and departure before 5pm.

This comfortable single-storey house:
- a dining room for 6 people
- a living room equipped with a corner sofa that can be converted into a bed, TV (TNT channels) + DVD player
- a fitted kitchen, 4-burner hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, pod machine, electric kettle, toaster, raclette machine, grill, multi, utensils...
- 3 bedrooms with storage cupboards.
- 1 bathroom with Italian shower, bathtub, sink and storage furniture
- a garden with dining area and barbecue...
- a garage with bowls, children's bike, children's tricycle, scooter
- Private parking space for two cars in the courtyard
This house is located in Audinghen, close to:
- the village centre, restaurants,
- Cap Gris Nez, Cap Blanc Nez: Great National Sites of France.
- Cycle paths, walking trails
- equestrian centres
- the large beaches and dunes of the Opal Coast, the marinas and fishing ports and the surrounding countryside with hiking trails.
- Mussel and Shellfish Fishing
- golf courses located on the seafront
- boat trips on the sea
- Nausicaá - National Sea Centre is a centre for discovering the marine environment.
- d'Hélicéa Sports complex, swimming pool and ice rink 10 km away.

PRICES:
RATE ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE, the rate given is based on 2 people, (from 3 people, please contact me) a small supplement per person per night is requested depending on the season.

Pets allowed, under prior authorization with the owner depending on the breed and quantity an average extra charge (tax and extra cleaning as we are very manic).
- Water and electricity package included, pellet stove heating on request (see conditions with the landlord)
or electric heating. (Supplement possible depending on the season proportional to consumption at cost price (0 to 5 euros per day depending on the temperature requested and depending on the weather), a meter reading will be taken on your arrival.
The price does not include cleaning, or you return the cottage clean, as you got it or you ask for a cleaning lady knowing that the cottage must be returned tidy (chairs, dishes, and so on sheets removed), if you do not take the cleaning option a deposit will be requested on arrival.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Audinghen. Such a beautiful environment and the weather helped to really enjoy an outdoor holiday visiting the nearby towns and beaches. The accommodation was modern, complete and as advertised. Thank you Florence for a warm welcome and we really look forward coming back one day!
