Riverside Lodge is perfectly situated with prime upstream and downstream views of the Big Thompson River. Top it all off with the backdrop of Prospect Mountain and you have the perfect Rocky Mountain retreat. From Riverside Lodge it is just a short walk into the Town of Estes Park and an easy 1.5 mile drive to the Beaver Meadows entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. The main level great room has a gas fireplace to gather at with river and mountain views all around...no artwork needed on these walls! This is simply the ideal family gathering place with its adjoining fully equipped kitchen and dining room area. Gaze out to take in the perfectly clear Colorado sky, river and mountain views!! From the great room you can step out to a fantastic deck to enjoy excellent mountain views along with the sights and sounds of the Big Thompson River! Take it all in while enjoying a cup of morning coffee, evening glass of wine, reading a good book or cooking dinner on the gas grill! The cozy master bedroom en suite is also located on the main level (king bed). Open the windows and let the sounds of the Big Thompson lull you to sleep. A second family room is located in the lower level along with 2 bedrooms (one king bed and 2 twins) and a full bath with tub/shower. There is a queen size pullout sofa in the common area. From this level you can walk out onto the covered patio and spot elk and other wildlife moseying along the Big Thompson River! Or simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the view! A two car attached garage space comes with this rental. There is also a main floor laundry room. As our guest you will enjoy access to HOA-shared common fishing areas along the Big Thompson river. Wildlife sightings abound with frequent visits from elk, deer, wild turkeys and even an occasional bobcat. Need we go on... Riverside Lodge is perfect in every way... not just another vacation rental but a perfect mountain home! **The rentals for this home are managed by Mark and Sue Werder (aka Good Neighbor Vacation Rentals) who live just a few miles away and are available to assist you with your stay! ** ** The occupancy for this home is 8 total if at least 2 are children or 6 total if all adults. The 8 total includes day guests who must be approved by the manager. No weddings or other group events** **Our cancellation policy is stated below. If you have any concern that you (or someone traveling with you) will not able to come because of possible future medical reasons (including Covid) and/or for some other reason then we suggest that you take out a trip insurance plan that would cover that potential situation. **This community is a Firewise certified one. No smoking anywhere in or around this home and/or anywhere on the HOA shared grounds. Absolutely no charcoal grills or campfires permitted.

The house was so clean and beautiful, very accommodating! The view with those chairs looking out the windows was amazing. We got to see lots of elk walking along the river. Great location to everything. our favorite restaurant was at the Stanley Hotel. Bear lake was amazing! Downtown shopping was great!

We loved out stay at this condo property. It was located in an easy access area with close proximity to the Beaver Meadows entrance to RMNP. The condo was in perfect condition and was stocked with all the necessary items to function during our stay. Highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful vacation. This Location is wonderful. Beautiful view. We enjoyed seeing deer, elk, the walking path, listening to the Thompson river. Drinking coffee on the deck was lovely. A+ location and wonderful, attentive manager. Cannot say enough positives. Would love to come back!

Everything about this property was amazing...the location, views, comfy beds, beautiful decor, cleanliness... couldn't have been more pleased! Had everything you could need and the most beautiful location with gorgeous views! We sat on the porches so often listening to the water and watching the birds and Elk. Unreal property!

This property is amazing! The view of the river is breathtaking! This property was the cleanest property we have ever stayed at and is decorated beautifully. The location is great and a perfect place to sit and enjoy wildlife. We would absolutely rent this property again! Cannot say enough- perfect place for our family of 2 adults and 5 kids. Wish we lived closer to be able to come back frequently!

We loved the location on the river. It was so relaxing to watch and listen to the river from the balcony or beside the large windows in the living room. The location had easy access to RMNP or the downtown area. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a great place to getaway with family.

Cozy post-Christmas chill out family time in this luxurious, new/newer, spacious home with stunning views of local mountain and a river just outside your patio door. Kitchen is fully stocked. TV/Entertainment systems are top notch and easy to use. Would stay again.

We cannot thank you enough for the property management communication. It made our trip perfect. The home is comfortable right off the bat. Very clean. One small thing that we called the management about (no fault of the home or management), and it was so nice to speak to speak with Sue! I promise this place is the best on the block!!! From the furniture to the bedding to the decor, this place is Top Notch and we will be back again.

We traveled with a toddler and in-laws and this place was perfect. The downstairs made a great home base for the in-laws and the views were amazing. Sue was awesome to work with and she gave very helpful advice before and during the stay.

Beautiful house and wonderfully furnished — the house has everything we need. The back porch was shaded during the day by a giant ponderosa pine and offers a breathtaking view of the big Thompson River and the mountains beyond. We couldn’t have been happier!

This place is so new and clean. The kitchen is stocked very well. Sue (property manager) was fantastic. She gave us helpful hints before we got there, and checked on us to make sure we had all that we needed. The area is beautiful. The windows looking over the stream were heavenly. The property is located close to downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. The river and mountain views are amazing. The house was well stocked and we had a comfortable stay. The powder room light stopped working during our stay and the owner came over and fixed it right away. Overall, a great property to stay in while visiting Estes Park.

Truly, the most fabulous place to stay and an indescribable view!!! Our first evening a buck ran right past our cabin along the path (what a greeting!) The morning we departed, about 10 elk, some very young were right outside our window! We couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more! This is the ultimate place to stay!!!
