A Very Disappointing Experience — I Would Not Stay Here Again

Unfortunately, my experience at this accommodation was extremely disappointing, especially when it came to the service and the way the staff treated us. The service was very poor, and the staff were not cooperative at all. Even the simplest requests turned into long discussions and unnecessary arguments instead of being handled professionally and reasonably. We were three adults, yet only two bed sheets were provided. When we asked for an additional sheet, our request was refused on the grounds that the two sheets provided were supposedly enough for two people. I was even told that they could not provide an extra sheet because it was summer and the weather was hot! This is completely irrelevant. Whether a guest needs an additional sheet is a personal matter, and such a simple request should be handled with basic courtesy and cooperation. We also asked for tissues, and that request was refused as well. In addition, the common areas and facilities were very neglected and clearly not being properly utilized or maintained. The place has potential, but it needs a little more attention and care to make the overall experience more comfortable and enjoyable for guests. What made the experience even more frustrating was that, at the end of our stay, the accommodation asked us to leave a positive review, despite the fact that we received neither the service nor the cooperation that would justify giving one. Honestly, this was my last stay at this accommodation, and I would not recommend it. People travel and pay for accommodation to relax and enjoy their vacation, not to argue with the staff over basic necessities.
