About this villa rental
A stunning, spacious villa located in the private “Les Hauts du Golf” community in Sainte-Maxime. You’ll especially love the panoramic view of the golf course and the beautiful pool. The house is ideally located just 5 minutes from Nartelle Beach and 200 meters from the golf course, while also being close to downtown and local shops. Situated on the upper part of the estate, you’ll appreciate the tranquility of its setting.
A lovely terrace allows you to dine outdoors while overlooking the golf course, or to enjoy the sun and the pool thanks to comfortable outdoor furniture. You can even relax in the shade under our magnificent olive tree. You’re welcome to use the plancha to prepare your meals outdoors. The dishes, kitchen utensils, and outdoor furniture are brand new and suitable for 12 people.
The 160 m² villa features 4 bedrooms, including a master bedroom (3 bedrooms with double beds and one that can be converted into two single beds + 1 sofa bed, sleeping a total of 10), 3 bathrooms (3 showers and 1 bathtub), a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a bar, and a dining room. Air conditioning is available throughout the entire house.
The beds are made upon your arrival. Towels are provided during your stay.
